| Abstract: | The phenomenon of hot court mediation in China results from both the intrinsic value and external factors of court mediation. The system of court mediation has a deep spiritual foundation, system foundation, and psychologi- cal foundation of ordinary people, and therefore it occupies an important position in the mechanism of resolving dis- putes. |
