| 摘 要： | 2013年1月1日,新刑事诉讼法开始实施。公安机关作为实施新刑诉法的重要主体,所处的内部和外部警务环境已经发生了深刻的变化。在复杂的警务环境下,公安机关实施新刑诉法,在人权保障、证据意识、证人权益和律师辩护权等方面,面临极大的挑战,必须积极应对。

| Abstract: | On January 1, 2013, new criminal procedural law began to come into effect. As an important subject of enforcing the law, public security organs＇ internal and external policing environments have witnessed profound changes. Under the complex policing environment, public security organs are confronted great challenges in the law enforcement in aspects of guaranteeing human rights, evidence consciousness, safeguarding the rights and interests of the witness, the defense right of lawyers and etc., against which one must proactively take measures. |
