当前中国新生代农民工犯罪问题初探

我国当前的新生代农民工犯罪,是社会转型期矛盾凸显、城乡二元体制分割、贫富差距扩大和就业日趋严峻等社会背景下发生的社会问题。因此,必须从影响新生代农民工犯罪的社会制度、经济发展水平、社会文化、社会环境等社会原因和新生代农民工犯罪的心理、生理等个体原因两大层面,构建新生代农民工犯罪的社会预防、治安预防、社会保障制度的宏观预防和由家庭预防、学校预防、社区预防构成的微观预防相结合的综合犯罪预防体系。

A Tentative Study of Crimes Committed by New Generation of Migrant Workers in Contemporary China

Crime committed by new generation of migrant workers in contemporary China is a social problem under the social background of apparent contradictions in social transformation period, urban - rural dualism, widening gap between the rich and the poor as well as increasingly severe employment. Therefore, we need to construct comprehensive crime prevention system with the combination of macro prevention （ social prevention, security prevention and social guarantee system） and micro prevention （ family prevention, school prevention, community prevention）, from the two perspectives including social reasons（ social institution which influence new generation of migrant workers , economic development, social culture, social environment） and individual reasons （ mentality and physiology of new generation of migrant workers）.
