| 摘 要： | 政治生态学和压实"两种责任"的融合作为一个重大的学术问题可以从融合可能性、顶层设计、实践路径三个相关维度开展:落实"两种责任"本身的系统性决定了政治生态学涉及的可能性;作为以马克思主义为指导的大国,从顶层设计入手,设定马克思主义政治哲学的生态理念为解决上述问题的根本导向;基于以理念为导向、总结成果、直击问题,引入政治生态学理念,对压实两个责任提出局部生态污染治理的生态化解决建议.
