未成年人犯罪调查报告——以河南省某县为对象

据统计，河南省某县2005～2008年，未成年人犯罪案件达到183起，占总案件的21％。结合该县具体情况，青少年自身素质的欠缺和社会环境的影响是引起未成年犯罪众多因素中主要的两方面。因此，我们应当提高青少年的自身素质，增强对不良社会影响的抵抗力，同时，倡导社会为其营造一个良好的社会环境，确保青少年的健康发展。

Juvenile Delinquency Investigation Report-Taking Some Country of Henan Province as example

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, juvenile crimes have become increasingly prominent, which has aroused great concern and anxiety. In our country, juvenile delinquency usually refers to the minors above 14 years of age ,and under 18 years of age who act in the criminal law and regulations about the criminal law. According to statistics, in some County of Henan Province from2005 to 2008, juvenile delinquency cases reached 183, accounting for 21% of the total cases. Combination of specific circumstances of the county, young people ＇s lack of their own quality and social environment are the major cause in many factors. Therefore, we should increase young people＇s quality, enhance their resistance to adverse social impact, while advocating to create a good social environment to ensure the healthy development of young people.
