发展志愿服务是构建我国社会主义和谐社会的客观要求,志愿服务在构建和谐社会过程中,对推动社会进步、改善社会环境、树立社会主义文明风尚、维护社会安定团结等方面发挥了积极作用。志愿者在构建和谐社会过程中坚持共青团承办,强化制度建设,以社区为依托,广泛动员民间力量,使志愿服务健康发展。目前应该完善激励机制,从而深化志愿服务活动。
