| 摘 要： | 本文主要论述的是舆论监督在建设法治国家中的重要作用。全文分为三个部分： 第一部分论证舆论监督是法治国家的重要标志， 以此说明在法治国家必须要有舆论监督的存在； 第二部分论证了舆论监督在法治建设中之所以有非常重要作用的原因， 即舆论监督可以有效地扼制腐败、防止权力的滥用；第三部分论证了在我国应如何进一步搞好舆论监督
