| 摘 要： | 政府采购法属于行政法,其法律责任以行政责任为主,包括民事责任和刑事责任。对我国政府采购法的法律责任进行必要的分析,就可以发现政府采购法的法律责任的主要缺陷。完善政府采购法的法律责任:建立法律责任基金制度,完善法律责任追究制度,细化有关法律责任条款。

| Abstract: | The law of China's government purchase belongs to administrative law,whose legal liability is chiefly administrative liability,and involves civil liability and criminal liability too.After the analysis of legal liability in the law,its defect can be found out.The basic countermeasures to the defect are expected to set up the fund system of legal liability and to perfect the legal liability-ascertained system and to provide the details for some legal liability clauses. |
