从外围发现到认定疑犯──运用足迹分析破获案件一例

近年来,戴手套作案的现象越来越普遍,刑事技术人员在刑事案件现场提取犯罪指纹越来越难。在当前的形势之下,足迹作为犯罪现场重要的痕迹之一,它的发现和提取显得尤为重要。依据提取的有价值的足迹不仅可以直接认定犯罪,还可以在案件没有明确对象的时候刻画作案人的个人特征,如作案人数、年龄、身高、体态、性别等,为侦查破案提供方向和线索,在命案侦破工作中足迹的此点作用更为突出。对于现场足迹的发现本人有几点体会:1中心现场足迹的发现应细致、全面对于室内现场地面足迹的勘验是地面勘验工作的重点,应该用大功率线性光源作掠入射照明加…     

痕迹物证在命案现场勘查中的分析与运用

认真、细致、全面、系统地对命案现场进行勘查与检验,是侦破命案工作中的重要环节。有效地对各种命案现场中提取到的痕迹物证进行分析和运用,不仅可以确定整个命案案件的性质,据此判断出"当事"现场是否为第一现场,确定犯罪嫌疑人在整个现场中的作案过程,还可以直接认定犯罪嫌疑人或区分犯罪嫌疑人的主次,从而为侦查破案提供必要的方向和范围,为诉讼审判提供强有利的证据价值。     

运用足迹检验成功破案1例

现场足迹的检验对于确定作案人数、排除嫌疑人员、提供侦查方向等工作意义重大。本文通过一起特大盗窃爆炸物案中对现场遗留足迹的检验,阐述了现场足迹临场分析、检验的一般方法及注意事项。     

关于毒品案件现场勘查的若干问题

通过毒品案件现场勘查,提高对毒品的发现能力,重视毒品发现、提取、采样、检验、鉴定程序的合法化,为认定毒品犯罪嫌疑人、确定案件性质和诉讼提供有力的证据。     

不同步速下足迹样本特征变化研究

为了研究在不同步行速度条件下所制足迹样本的步法特征和形象特征是否会发生变化，利用FootScan足底压力步态分析仪检测了正常人在慢走（100步／min）、快走（130步／rain）、慢跑（大于130步／min）速度下赤足样本的特征变化。实验表明，不同的行走条件下，足底压力分布各不相同，即步法特征产生变化，足迹的形象特征也产生变化。因此，足迹检验中要制作与犯罪嫌疑人在现场作案时相同条件的足迹样本，从而得出正确的鉴定结论。     

用手印、足迹推断身高测算尺的研制

本文论述的是利用现场手印、足迹推断犯罪嫌疑人的身高的问题.文章通过对全国范围内不同地区、不同年龄、不同性别人群大量抽样调查,逐一测量其手印、足迹各部位长度,建立数据库,利用计算机进行统计、比较、分析,掌握了手印、足迹长度与身高之间的相关关系及其变化规律,改进了手印长度的测算方法.在此基础上,研制出用手印、足迹推断身高测算尺.     

伪装现场罕见方式一例

在刑事案件的现场上,犯罪嫌疑人为隐瞒犯罪事实真相或转移侦查视线,常常故意制造种种假象来伪装现查,伪装现场的方式多种多样,刑事技术人员在现场勘查时,一定要注意和警惕犯罪嫌疑人故意伪装现场,这就要求刑事技术人员不仅要有认真、细致的工作态度,而且要有识别伪装现场的能力,如果刑事技术人员能熟悉犯罪嫌疑人伪装现场的各种方式,那么,在现场勘查中就能及时、准确地发现和揭露伪装,从而为侦查破     

黄岐某花园抢劫杀人案现场勘查评析

1案件概述(一)简要案情2006年3月5日佛山市南海区黄岐镇发生一起抢劫杀人案,事主凌某赤身死亡在床上。现场勘查人员对现场进行了深入细致的勘查,提取到大量有价值的痕迹物证,并准确分析了案件。3月15日嫌疑人罗某、王某落网,在强大的证据面前,犯罪嫌疑人对犯罪事实供认不讳。(二)现场勘查情况现场位于南海区黄岐白天鹅花园77座101房。101房是一套一厅两房一卫结构。门锁未有撬压痕迹。该套间北侧为厅,南侧为两间卧房,东侧为主人房,西侧为客房,主人房的对面为卫生间。厅内的地面上有大量血迹和混杂的血足迹,在血足迹上发现有点状的滴落血迹。…     

谈谈足迹的综合运用
