随着北京奥运的成功举办,北京市的城市发展也进入了一个新的阶段.2008年11月13日和14日,北京市委召开学习实践科学发展观务虚会,与会市领导围绕推动科学发展、建设"人文北京、科技北京、绿色北京",研究探讨今后一段时期首都改革发展的思路.     

院校学习实践科学发展观重在深化“三进入”

深入学习实践科学发展观是全党、全军的一项重大政治任务.对于军队院校而言,学习实践科学发展观重在深化"三进入",即进入教材、进入课堂、进入学员思想.为此,要进一步突出科学发展现"三进入"的地位.进一步夯实科学发展现"三进入"的基础,进一步增强科学发展观"三进入"的实效.     

把握党校学习实践科学发展观的三个着力点

开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动为推进党校事业科学发展提供了重要契机。在学习实践活动中,市委党校要用科学发展观指导推进自身建设,进一步建好干部培训的"主阵地",当好市委、市政府决策的"智囊团"。为此,必须牢牢把握党校学习实践科学发展观的三个着力点。

为深入学习贯彻科学发展观,不断开创人大工作新局面,近日,商河县人大常委会组织开展了"学习实践科学发展观——欠发达地区能否实现科学发展大讨论"活动。决定用两个月的时间,按照"学习教育、讨论交流、总结提高"三个阶段,深入开展"学习实践科学发展观——欠发达地区能否实现科学发展大讨论"活动。     

科学理解、切实落实科学发展观--"树立和落实科学发展观"理论研讨会综述

为了更好地学习、宣传、贯彻、落实科学发展观,中共中央党校校刊社和北京市委办公厅、顺义区委于2004年4月18日在顺义空港工业开发区召开了"树立和落实科学发展观"专题研讨会.出席会议的有中共中央党校副校长李君如,专家学者李兴山、贾高建、庞元正、周炳成、周天勇,以及北京市委办公厅副主任王芸,北京市委研究室副主任熊九玲,顺义区委副书记李长友等.会议围绕"树立和落实科学发展观"这一主题从不同的方面和角度展开了充分的研讨.     

昭平：“三深入”“三服务”实现“三促进”

昭平县是自治区党委确定的深入学习实践科学发展观活动试点单位，自2008年10月11日活动启动以来，结合实际，依托推进“三区两带”建设这一载体，确定了以“科学发展、突破发展，建设绿色美好昭平”为学习实践活动主题，广泛开展“三深入、三服务、三促进”活动，收到了立竿见影的效果。

科学发展观之“科学”的三重意蕴

全面认识科学发展观中"科学"的内涵,是深刻理解科学发展观的前提性问题。一般地说,科学既是一种知识体系,也是一种认识方法,更是一种探索精神。相应地,科学发展观中的"科学"即具有三重意蕴:一是作为关于发展的科学知识体系,蕴含发展观正确而合理的价值取向;二是作为关于发展的科学认识方法,表现发展观正确而合理的实践原则;三是作为关于发展的科学探索精神,彰显发展观正确而合理的历史逻辑。三者有机统一,构成科学发展观之"科学"的完整意义。
