美国中情局曾资助西藏分裂主义集团

据中央情报局日前解密的一份内部报告证实，从60年代开始，在印度的“西藏流亡政府”每年从美国中情局获得170万美元的资助。另外，该局还支付达赖每年18万美元的经费。中情局把资助“西藏独立运动”视为“打击全球共产党政权特别是针对中国和苏联的整体战略的一个组成部分”。上述经费中包括资助在尼泊尔境内的“西藏游击队”和在美国科罗拉多州的一个藏人军事训练基地的费用。另外在纽约和日内瓦的“西藏中心”、康乃尔大学的“藏人教育经费”，以及“藏人侦察队”的物资供应也都由这笔经初支出。达赖和“西藏流亡政府”多年来一直声称受…     

谈美国的双重标准

不久前，“东突流亡政府”在美国华盛顿宣布成立。尽管美国政府在9.11事件后一直在大喊反恐，并且将“东突”组织列为恐怖组炽，但却叉默许他们在美国成立“流亡政府”，凸现了美国在反恐这个重大问题上的双重标准。     

达赖的迷途 西方的虚伪

2009年3月，是西藏推翻农奴制50周年，也是达赖叛逃印度成立“流亡政府”50周年，又是拉萨“3·14”打砸抢烧严重暴力事件发生1周年。这段时间，达赖不甘寂寞，以宗教之名造谣撒谎，以自治之名行分裂之实，以人权之名欺世盗名，妄图挽回政教合一的封建农奴制。     

评达赖喇嘛的“大西藏”

达赖喇嘛在其“中间道路”的主张中，有一个大“西藏”的行政区划概念。这就是在其达兰萨达所谓“西藏流亡政府”的大厅中，悬挂的大幅“西藏版图”所标识的“西藏”，这个“西藏”包括现在的西藏自治区和青海省全部地区，新疆的五分之一地区，甘肃的三分之一     

“西藏流亡政府”概况

叛逃后的达赖于1960年5月移居到印度西北部康拉县一个名叫达兰萨拉的小镇。同年9月,达赖集团召集外逃的西藏贵族和原地方政府官员及其他藏区的土司头人、上层僧侣、叛乱头目等,在达兰萨拉召开所谓的第一届"西藏人民代表会议",宣告成立"西藏噶厦政府",即所谓的"西藏流亡政府",达赖被奉为政     

“自焚指导书”——达赖集团的末路疯狂

近日，达赖集团在互联网上发表了一篇“自焚指导书”，公开煽动境内藏人‘按计划和步骤实施自焚”。这份“自焚指导书”在策划、安排自焚这种惨无人道的行为时，态度之冷静，思虑之周密，使其在达赖集团众多喧嚣中具有特殊的“分量”，很陕引起人们的密切关注。而其之所以以个人名义发布，显然只是为了方便“流亡政府”躲避世人对其公开操弄自焚的指责。     

印度的新“钻石王国”之梦

通常，一提到钻石，人们马上会想到盛产钻石的南非、塞拉利昂等非洲国家，好莱坞影星迪卡普里奥主演的电影《血钻》更加深了人们“非洲产钻石”的印象。然而您是否想过这样一个问题：非洲矿工挖毛钻，欧美富人买钻石，这其中的加工环节是谁完成呢？答案却是印度。如今印度西部港口城市苏拉特已成为全球钻石加工中心，世界上92％的钻石是在这里切割的。印度也因此被称为新“钻石王国”。

中国有“中国梦”，印度也有“印度梦”。近日，中国改革开放论坛战略研究中心常务副主任马加力在（《环球》杂志上发表文章，阐述“印度梦”。文章指出，印度独立前夕，后来成为开国总理的尼赫鲁曾说：“印度要么做一个有声有色的大国，要么销声匿迹。”如今，印度战略界关于国家定位的讨论更为热烈——至少要“成为世界六大力量中心之一”，力争“加入国际社会的管理层”、“坐进国际社会的贵宾席”。
