浅议基础教育的“教育公平”

教育公平问题是关系到我国国民基本权利的重要问题.实现基础教育的教育公平,是改变我国目前教育现状,强化国家要通过基础教育来提高国民素质的国家意志,提高我国人力资源整体素质的重要途径.因而,实现教育公平,把基础教育的教育公平问题提高到社会公平和社会发展的高度去认识,使整个社会和教育界都重视基础教育的教育公平问题,采取积极有效措施,建立教育公平发展体制,对我国尽快实现教育发展公平化是十分必要的.     

反思、借鉴与探索——国外教育公平的实践对我国的启示

实现教育公平有利于增进社会公平,稳定社会秩序,促进社会和谐.当前我国实现教育公平过程中存在的主要问题是城乡、地区、阶层之间差别较大,我们可以积极借鉴国外促进教育公平的有益经验,深刻反思我国实施教育公平中存在的问题,在立足国情的基础上,探索思考促进我国教育公平的实现途径.     

文化多元视域下的民族教育公平

随着我国现代化进程不断加快,社会公平必然渗透到民族教育领域,民族教育公平成为新时期民族工作重点.民族文化多样性一直是人类社会的显著特点,多元文化为民族教育公平提供了新的视角.本文分析了西方多元文化教育公平理论、论证了多元文化与教育公平间的关系进而提出民族教育公平的实践途径.
