<正>一、公安本科院校人才培养模式的内涵(一)人才培养模式人才培养模式是指高等学校根据人才培养目标、培养规格和质量标准,为学生设计的知识、能力和素质结构以及实现这种结构的方式。概括来说培养模式就是一种对人才培养过程的谋划、设计、构建、管理。(二)公安本科院校人才培养模式尽管对公安本科院校人才培养模式众说纷纭,但细致研究其基本内涵便不难发现其具有同质的特点,综观各种概念界定,笔者认为     

公安法学教育的目标和模式定位

公安法学教育是本科层次的法学教育,主要培养跨专业复合型、职业应用型的专门人才;公安法学专业人才必须具备优良的政治、业务和身心素质.公安法学人才培养应采用"4 1 1"的培养模式.     

公安本科院校应培养综合应用型警察

新形势下,公安本科院校应当把扎根基层、服务社会、知识广博、全面发展、具有创新意识和创造能力的综合应用型警察作为人才培养的目标。这不仅是公安院校的基本功能,也是新时期公安人才的必备素质,是推进公安事业发展的必然要求。要实现这一目标,必须改革招生制度,优化人才培养的基础条件,推进专业课程建设,提高人才专业能力和综合素质,深化实践教学改革,培养学生的实际应用能力。
