近年来，随着社会经济的全面发展，《全民健身条例》的颁布实施，浙江群众体育借力发展，以组织举办不同人群、行业的各类健身活动为抓手，推进全民健身运动的蓬勃开展。

发展全民健身事业是全面建设小康社会和构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。为推进公共体育服务均等化进程,构建全民健身服务体系,保障公民参加体育健身活动的合法权益,打造具有民族特点和地域特点的全民健身事业发展模式,根据有关法律法规,自治区人民政府制定并印发了《内蒙古自治区全民健身实施计划(2011—2015年)》。
