(2006的10月27日)今天这次会议是省委、省政府决定召开的一次重要会议,会议的主要任务是,全面总结“十五”以来我省“两基”攻坚工作取得的成绩,表彰“两基”攻坚工作先进集体和先进个人,弘扬“两基”攻坚精神,推进教育事业发展,加快实现我省经济社会发展的历史性跨越。刚才,鸿     

广西巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的主要成效、现实问题与对策

巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接,是加快推进中国式农业农村现代化、实现农民农村共同富裕的重要支撑。随着广西脱贫攻坚目标任务如期完成,持续巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,接续推进乡村全面振兴,是广西推进农业农村高质量发展的重点任务。广西巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接取得明显成效,但从2035年基本实现农业农村现代化的战略高度来审视,乡村振兴的发展基础、主体活力、体制机制等方面存在短板。建议从推动“三个升级”、聚焦“三个建设”、优化“三大机制”等方面改进,确保广西实现从脱贫攻坚向全面推进乡村振兴平稳过渡。     

又是一年“两会”到

一年一度的省“两会”是福建政治生活及社会发展中的一件大事。我能够以政协委员的身份参会,感到非常荣幸,同时也感到责任重大。2020年是全面建成小康社会和“十三五”规划圆满收官之年,也是脱贫攻坚决战决胜之年。福建省人民政府唐登杰省长在政府工作报告中指出,要坚持精准施策、精准发力,突出老区苏区、少数民族聚居区脱贫攻坚,强化产业、就业等长效帮扶措施;确保贫困人口、贫困地区与全省一道进人全面小康;坚持共享发展,使改革发展成果更多更公平惠及全体人民。

贵州民族地区双语文教学与民族教育

正当全国各族人民满怀信心地为实施“八五”计划和十年规划第一春而努力奋斗之际,恰逢我省恢复推行民族文字和开展双语文教学十周年。十年来,我省的民族语文工程,在省委、省府及各级党委和政府的领导和关怀下,得到了很大的发展和提高,正向纵深方向发展,为我省普及初等教育,提高民族素质,加速民族教育改革的步伐作出了积极的贡献,深受少数民族干部群众和民族地区学校的欢迎和好评。双语文教学在贵州经过十年的实践证明是切实可行的,但本文不想再多从理论上进行赘述,也不想再罗列事例加以说明,仅就我省恢复推行民族文字、开展双语文教学与民族教育的发展作一简析。     

创新驱动战略中的江苏文化建设

党十七届六中全会指出，在“全面建设小康社会的关键时期和深化改革开放、加快转变经济发展方式的攻坚时期，文化越来越成为民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉、越来越成为综合国力竞争的重要因素、越来越成为经济社会发展的重要支撑”。江苏实施创新驱动战略，发展创新型经济，需要创新文化的引领、支撑和推动。我们应该深入认识创新型社会中文化与创新的关系，认识文化发展的规律，依托江苏优秀文化资源，大力推进江苏创新文化建设，使文化强省建设为“美好江苏”的创造性未来作出贡献。
