新生代农民工城市融入中精神压力研究

文章通过运用安徽省调查数据,研究新生代农民工城市融入中的精神压力。结果发现:新生代农民工有着强烈的城市融入意愿和现代意识,现实社会藩篱使其难以真正适应城市生活;市民认知、文化缺位以及制度阻碍是新生代农民工城市融入中精神压力产生的客观因素;自身文化水平、理想与现实差距以及其游离心态是新生代农民工城市融入中精神压力产生的主观因素;从而提出从个人层面、社会层面以及制度层面来消减该群体城市融入中的精神压力。     

农民工城市融入：基于政治意识与行为的维度

农民工的融入问题关系到我国城市经济的发展与社会稳定与和谐,它已经成为是近年来学术界研究的重要议题。本文基于政治意识与行为的维度来考察农民工的城市融入状况。通过总结归纳学者们的研究发现,农民工的政治意识具有二维性即现代性与非现代性并存的特点,而政治参与的制度化与非制度化体现了农民工政治行为理性与非理性相交织。农民工双重特性的政治意识与行为相互构建,形成了农民工群体的亚政治文化。在这种亚政治文化的影响下,农民工在经济层面、社会层面、心理层面“不融入”或“半融入”于城市社会,因此,加强农民工的城市融入就必须树立农民工现代性政治意识,同时创造条件引导农民工政治参与从非制度化走向制度化,加强其政治行为的理性。     

新生代农民工的城市融入策略——以社区工作介入的角度探讨

作为城市建设中的生力军,新生代农民工在城市社会融入程度将影响着整个农民工群体的城市融入和家庭稳定.从社区工作的角度介入,在优势视角下,从社区管理、社区组织、社区教育、社区保障、社区工作者、新生代农民工自身六个方面对新生代农民工融入城市社会的策略做初步探讨,以期寻找相关问题的解决思路.     

新生代农民工城市融入现状分析及对策研究——基于对武汉市两代农民工的调查

2010年中央1号文件首次提出“新生代农民工”问题,凸显了农民工问题的新特征以及探讨和解决农民工融入城市问题的迫切性。新生代农民工与第一代农民工具有明显不同的群体特征,在融入城市进程中既具有自身的优势,也具有农民工惯有的认知障碍。消除居住分离,搭建社区交流平台,取消“农民工”身份称谓,加强群际接触,是引导新生代农民工融入城市的有效措施。     

增权理论视阈下对新生代农民工城市融入的介入

新生代农民工的城市融入性问题已成为影响城市发展、成果公平分享和中国社会良性转型的重大现实问题,运用增权理论对新生代农民工的城市融入性问题进行解读,自身权能的缺失和无权感使他们难以对城市社会产生归属感,解决这一问题的有效途径就是通过社会工作的干预和帮助,挖掘其潜能,从个体层面、人际关系层面、社会参与层面增强对权利的认识,减少或消除无权感、无助感,实现增权。即个体层面的增权：提升主体意识,增强认同感;人际关系层面的增权：扩大社会交往的范围,提升社会交往的层次;社会参与层面的增权：完善社会参与渠道,增强话语权。从个人能力、人际交往、社会参与三个方面进行增权,使之更好地融入城市社会。     

“人—权”合一:破解新生代农民工城市融入的关键——以新生代农民工返乡置业为例

新生代农民工城市融入问题实质上是我国农民工权利都是附着在户籍之上而不是人身上。从"户(籍)—权(利)"合一到"人—权(利)"合一是解决新生代农民工城市融入的关键。中央政府一直在推动的发达地区农民工住房保障、社会保险的转移,都是改变"户—权"合一状态,实现"人—权(利)"合一的努力。新生代农民工的返乡置业也是主动对"人—权"分离状态的调适。要促成新生代农民工"人—权"合一的实现,就要确立权利为本位的社会体制;推进新生代农民工权利转移与置换的协同式社会管理;加强新生代农民工融入城市的社区服务。新生代农民工的城市融入问题,既关系到我国城市化进程,也事关农村土地规模化经营。     

新生代农民工利益诉求的市民化路径

在代际差异比较的基础上，探讨了新生代农民工的利益诉求，认为融入城市、完成向市民化的转变，是多数新生代农民工的共同愿望和诉求。分别从制度和非制度两个层面，分析了新生代农民工市民化进程中的阻力和困境．提出了推进新生代农民工市民化的对策和措施。     

新生代农民工融入城市问题探究

要使新生代农民工和谐融入城市,应该把建立便捷开放的新生代农民工再教育网络作为一项重要的民生工程,把消解城乡二元体制和政策限制作为改善其生存状态的制度保障,通过工会将其有效组织起来,促进其合法有力地维权,理性化解劳资矛盾与冲突。     

新媒体对新生代农民工城市融入的影响研究

在城镇化进程中,新生代农民工具有强烈的融入城市诉求。随着信息化进程的加快,新媒体的发展对新生代农民工身份认同产生了重要影响,但在媒体形象、媒体表达、媒体消费等方面,新生代农民工存在认同抗拒、主体缺席、选择有限等问题。媒体可以从加强正面宣传、媒介素养培育、信息平台建设、网络传媒赋能等方面着力,帮助新生代农民工融入城市社会。

随着我国城市化的发展,新生代农民工日渐成为农民工群体的主力,在城市建设中扮演着重要角色。以新疆乌鲁木齐市新生代少数民族农民工作为研究对象,以他们在城市融入中的社会层面作为研究视角,分析与研究新生代少数民族农民工如何克服社会交往"内卷化"、可动用社会资源匮乏、社会歧视严重这些社会融入方面的壁垒,从而让他们在为城市建设添砖加瓦的同时,也能更好、更快地融入城市生活,并真正享受到城市发展的文明成果。
