拉美左派力量和公民运动的前沿--圣保罗论坛和世界社会论坛的特点及其意义

圣保罗论坛和世界社会论坛,是拉美地区乃至世界范围内都颇具影响力的左派进步运动和非政府组织的论坛.论坛反全球化、反新自由主义,倡导合法斗争、替代现行不合理的国际政治经济秩序、争取民主未来和全球善治的主张,集中代表了两极分化的世界格局中弱势群体的呼声.论坛具有组织形式灵活、成员构成广泛、活动方式多样、基本主张贴近拉美和世界现实等特点.论坛的成功召开,进一步深化了我们对公民运动及公民社会的兴起、参与式民主的演进、非政府组织的发展和左派力量的回潮等全球化时代的历史特征以及拉美地区和世界发展潮流的理解,并为我们创建"另一个世界"提供了有益的启示和可能性方案.     

太平洋论坛

太平洋论坛(Pacific Forum)是美著名保守思想库国际战略研究中心(CSIS)下属的一个以研究亚太安全问题为主轴的智库。近年来,随着亚太安全合作理事会(CSCAP)影响的不断扩大及该论坛前主席詹姆斯·凯利出任布什政府负责东亚事务的助理国务卿,该论坛的影响力正不断上升。

Mr.President Cui Liru, Dr.Qiu Yuanping, Distinguished Delegates, Good moming.First of all,please allow me to extend my thanks to the thoughtful arrangements by CICIR for this forum. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization has made great achievements over the past 11 years.It is an important and effective factor in the regional political dynamism.The member states have followed the Shanghai Spirits and the principle of equality and mutual respect of each other' s interest and developing state-to-state relations and have set a good model.The SCO security cooperation has been fruitful.

Summary of the 5~(th) Northeast Asian Youth Forum

At the invitation of MRA/lnitiatives of Change（IC）- Korea, Mrs. Luo Yi, Council Member of CAFIU attended the 5^th Northeast Asian Youth Form in Seoul from September 26-31, 2008. The main theme of the Forum is ＂Peace and Development of Northeast Asia in the Global Society＂ aiming at promoting exchange and mutual understanding among the youth of China, Japan and Republic of Korea and fostering a sense of historical mission to build regional harmony and cooperation. There were more than 60 University students Mr. Li from three countries attending the Forum. Chengren, Executive Vice-President of CAFIU sent a message of congratulation to the Forum. 2002年1月31日～2月5日,作为中国国际交流协会(以下简称中国交协)理事,笔者同交协研究人员杜燕凌和朱玲玲应邀参加在巴西阿雷格里港市召开的第2届"世界社会论坛"大会.中国代表首次与会,受到东道主的重视."世界社会论坛"虽然不发表正式文件,但它讨论了涉及全世界基层劳动者及整个人类的诸多问题,引起广泛关注.

On 29-30 June, Civil Society Forum organized by the Conference of Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council was convened in Geneva, Switzerland.
