论现场血迹的应用

地理画像是一种新颖的刑事侦查辅助手段和方法,它不仅可以运用于某些系列案件的侦破,而且还可以应用于某些杀人碎尸案件的侦破中。杀人碎尸案件通常由一个分尸现场和多个抛尸现场构成,并且具有空间上的分离性和地域上的关联性。运用地理画像方法侦破杀人碎尸案件,可以通过对各个抛尸现场在空间上所形成的结构关系进行分析,推断杀人分尸现场最有可能所在的空间位置,为侦查人员指明排查嫌疑的地域范围。     

大数据时代下的失踪人员立线侦查工作实践探索

由于当前我国人口流动性日趋增强，人员失踪情形也日益复杂，少数人员失踪事件极易上升为拐卖、绑架、非法拘禁等除命案外的其他重特大案件。为此，按照公安部命案侦破工作机制和疑似被侵害失踪人员信息管理工作规定，武汉市公安局刑侦部门结合命案侦破和信息化工作实际，建立了疑似被侵害失踪人员“四步核查、四色预警、四证到位、四级联动、四报跟进”的“五四”工作机制，并将对应机制、标准规范落实到系统流程管理的各个环节，较好的解决了实际工作中的一些现实问题。     

浅谈犯罪现场血迹形态的记录方法

暴力犯罪的案件现场通常会遗留有血迹。现场血迹的形状、物理性质、遗留位置、分布特点等,都是血迹形态分析和犯罪现场重现的重要信息。分析和重现工作并非都在现场完成,而是需要将现场搜集的资料带回实验室进行研究和分析。因此,勘查人员掌握和利用现场勘查笔录、现场制图、现场照相、现场录像等方法,客观、完整、准确地记录犯罪现场的血迹形态具有重要意义。     

谈运用痕检判断肇事逃逸车辆行驶方向的方法

随着我国经济的快速发展和机动车辆的剧增,道路交通肇事逃逸案件也呈递增趋势。文章针对一起道路交通肇事逃逸的伪造现场,利用现场的划痕、血迹与金属扣等物证关系、现场变动情况和非机动车被撞时的受力方向,对肇事逃逸车辆的行驶方向进行了判断,并从三个方向指出了侦破肇事逃逸车辆的基本方法,以供相关人员借鉴。     

利用作案人的思维漏洞寻找残留血迹

血迹,作为杀人现场常常出现的痕迹物证,是证实犯罪的重要依据,也会成为作案人极力掩盖和重点清洗的对象。因此,在被清洗过的杀人现场,寻找残留血迹等痕迹物证时,应从现场分析重建入手,巧妙地利用作案人的各种思维漏洞,有重点有层次地进行现场勘验。     

命案现场血迹勘查与分析

血迹是指血在物体上留下的痕迹。命案现场中的被害人或犯罪嫌疑人只要出现开放性损伤,现场中就会遗留血迹。血迹在命案现场中具有客观性、稳定性、广泛性和实用性的特点。通过对现场血迹的种类、数量、分布、范围、排列、高度、颜色、形态的研究和血液检验鉴定,对判断案件性质,分析作案过程,分析作案时间、地点、工具、人数,刻画作案人,直接认定人身,进行血迹追踪并抓获犯罪嫌疑人等具有重要意义。     

失踪人员查证机制的难点及对策

失踪人员查证因失踪人实际状态的不确定性,存在立案依据不充分、案件性质不明确、现场灭失和物证缺失等问题,给取证立案工作造成困难。应高度重视失踪人的查证工作,完善失踪人查证协作机制,加强综合手段应用,加强审讯能力的培养提高,确保失踪人员查证机制行之有效。
