两岸关系发展正面临关键时期

两岸关系发展在很大程度上受岛内政治发展的制约与影响。尤其是岛内蓝绿两大阵营对台湾政治定位、两岸关系政治定位、两岸关系发展与两岸经济合作的政策主张存在很大分歧，以及国民党、民进党与大陆的政治基础或政治互信的巨大差异（核心即是否承认“九二共识”），     

台湾“九合一”选举结果解析

这次台湾"九合一"选举彻底改变了台湾的政治版图,改变了蓝绿力量对比,也将改变台湾未来政治发展方向,但没有改变台湾蓝绿二元结构,也很难超越蓝绿,除少数中间选民外,在重要选举中依然是"蓝投蓝、绿投绿",蓝绿基本盘依然是影响选举的关键因素。     

“台湾主体意识”的概念性解析

"台湾主体意识"是台湾的主流政治话语,对两岸关系的发展产生了重要影响."台湾主体意识"的慨念内涵并不固定,不同的政治势力对这个慨念的理解也不相同.事实上,"台湾主体意识"的内涵嬗变既映射了岛内政局变化与台海局势的结构性调整,更是台湾岛内不同政治势力持续不断观念建构的结果.两岸和平发展态势的持续推展将会推动"台湾主体意识"基本内涵的消解与重构.     

简析台湾第六届“立委”选举

台湾"立委"选举是在岛内政局和两岸关系处于紧张状态下进行的.由于民进党误判形势高额提名、台湾民众对政治失望投票率低、激进"台独"路线不得人心,选举结果仍维持朝小野大格局,即民进党执政国亲两党制衡.这一结果打击了激进"台独"势力,让中国大陆、美国和亚太地区有关国家松了口气,解除了两岸立即摊牌的近忧,有利于岛内政局和两岸关系稳定.但岛内与两岸之间仍存在着结构性矛盾,未来发展仍存在着变数.     

台湾青年的政治认同与两岸关系和平发展

两岸关系步入和平发展新时期以来,台湾青年的政治认同虽然存在一些有利于两岸关系和平发展的积极因素,但总体上仍然呈现出不少令人忧虑的现状,对两岸关系和平发展的进程与两岸和平统一的前景将产生深远影响。因此,未来两岸双方应通过全面深化两岸交流合作,不断巩固与深化两岸关系和平发展,逐步破解两岸政治难题,以化解台湾青年的"中国认同"危机,重塑台湾青年以"两岸同属一个中国"为指向的政治认同。现阶段两岸双方应把交流的重点放在深化两岸青年交流交往,鼓励台湾青年来大陆学习、生活、就业与创业上,为他们参与两岸交流合作与大陆发展创造条件,从而逐步影响与引导台湾青年政治认同朝有利于两岸关系和平发展的方向转变。     

砥砺奋进 铿锵前行——2015年两岸关系展望

<正>2014年,两岸关系虽经历种种波折考验,但在两岸双方共同努力下,两岸关系保持了持续向前、稳步推进的发展势头。展望2015年,台湾岛内蓝绿两大阵营将围绕2016年"总统"和"立委"选举激烈角逐,岛内政局将更趋复杂动荡,两岸关系发展将面临新的挑战。但总体看来,影响两岸关系的积极因素明显超过消极因素,机遇大于挑战。我们应贯彻"两岸一家亲"理念,继续攻坚克难,努力开创两岸关系和平发展新局面。
