网络言语特征识别

网络语言具有口头语言的一般特征，言语人通过键盘录入文字、传输文字信息、阅读文字内容的方式交流，是一种文字化的语言。对网络语言这样一种口语化的书面语言进行言语识别，主要是针对网络书面言语材料进行的特征识别。只要网络对话内容比较丰富，我们就可以通过网络言语特征识别确定说话者的年龄、职业、文化程度及生活地域等。     

关于案件言语特征研究视角的探讨

言语特证、言语行为表现的社会角色、言语行为主体即作案人三者之间的关系，提供了案件言语特征研究的新的视角。言语行为是角色行为模式中一个重要方面，而且和表现角色的其他方面行为纠缠紧密，通过言语特征可以透视作案人的社会属性和自然属性；言语特征反映作案人实际角色的特点。     

谈案件的言语识别

文章运用语言学、文字学的知识、原理和方法,对案件的语言材料进行仔细推敲、系统分析,研究言语人的语言特征规律,并以各类文件物证的言语特征为基础,判断言语人的民族、性别、籍贯、年龄、文化程度、职业、经历、居住地点、主要活动范围,以及有无精神病、是否聋哑等,为在侦查破案时分析画像提供依据。     

言语识别理据探(上)

言语识别研究的基本对象是言语。言语不同于语言。言语具有的物质性、具象性和表义性构成言语的能解性,使得言语现象可以作分析研究。言语作为主体主观因素和客观条件的综合产物,反映着主体的生理特征、心理状态、社会属性、言语习惯,因此,可以作为识别主体的依据。

犯罪心理测试技术通过相关的言语刺激,有效唤醒被测人经历的违法犯罪特异心理活动,利用测试仪提取相关心理活动信息。被测人对测试题目言语刺激的反应是被测人对测试题目言语的理解解码过程。测试中,语音、词汇等语言因素和背景图式知识,包括与犯罪相关或无关心理等非语言因素,均会以不同方式影响被测人对言语的解码,解码原理研究有助于提高犯罪心理测试的信度和效度。

言语特征与言语风格是两个不同的概念。对涉案电子打印形成的检材与嫌疑人样本之间言语特征的同一认定 ,首先要满足检材与样本的条件要求 ;其次 ,言语特征包括文字、词汇、句式、篇章、语法、修辞 ,以及音韵、标点符号等语言因素和表达方式 ;再次 ,言语特征是一个具有层级性结构的表达手段的系统 ,而个人书面言语中的“超语言剩余部分”则是这个系统的核心。
