满铁与日本对中国东北移民述略

满铁作为日本“国策会社”，在日本向中国东北移民过程中，通过设置调查机关、投资成立移民执行机构、建立具有自身特色的移民组织等活动，大力支持并积极参与日本移民侵略。由于满铁与日本军方特殊的密切关系，也必然决定了其在日本对中国东北移民活动中，扮演着策划者和执行者的重要角色。     

满铁与日本的中国东北移民

满铁的“满洲”经营与附属地各图书馆

日俄战争后日本殖民者以“满铁”为主体，在中国东北进行政治、经济、贸易、交通、文化等侵略。同时利用“满铁”以满铁大连图书馆和国立奉天图书馆为集源中心与附属地各图书馆，形成纵横交错的东北文化调查研究资料收集场所。最终以文事的形式来管理达到实以武备统治东北的目的。     

满铁《“七·七”事变与苏联》档案史料

满铁是日本政府在中国东北设立的国家垄断资本殖民企业。满铁以其数十年侵略中国东北积累的雄厚实力，竭尽全力支持日军全面侵华战争。本档案史料即是日军全面侵华之初，满铁产业部整理的苏联对“七．七”事变的报道、评论以及与事变有关的苏联动向和国际关系，其根本目的是为日本政府制定下一步侵华政策以及制定对苏政策提供参考。本史料能够使我们真实地感受到日本全面侵华战争给中国人民造成的无尽灾难，同时也看到勇敢的中国人民对日军侵略进行的顽强抵抗。     

以“开拓”为名的日本移民侵略——日本移民侵略档案分析

从1905年到1945年间,日本政府在军事侵略中国的同时,对中国东北实施了有计划、有组织、有步骤的大规模移民侵略。明治维新后,日本在发展资本主义的同时,也走上了扩张军备和对邻近国家进行侵略扩张的军国主义道路——大陆政策。日本"开拓团"(殖民扩张团,下同)是近代日本殖民扩张政策的产物。日本为了掩饰其战略意图和侵略行径,把侵入中国东北的日本移民团改称"开拓团",企图掩盖日本移民侵略的本质。准确地把握其政策形成过程,有助于深刻理解日本对东北实施移民的侵略动机和性质。从日本向我国东北大规模移民及其移民政策的变化过程来看,日本向中国东北移民是上升为"国策"地位的国家战略行为,是日本对中国东北地区实行殖民扩张的重要手段,日本"开拓团"本质上就是"殖民扩张团"。     

九·一八事变前后满铁附属地教育方针的转变

日俄战争后，日本帝国主义以武力取得旅大租借权和南满铁路经营权，并以旅大地区为基地，借南满铁路及附属地向东北广大腹地延伸，逐步扩大对我国东北的政治渗透、经济掠夺和教育侵略。满铁在东北推行殖民地奴化教育主要是在其附属地范围内进行。日本对满铁附属地的教育宗旨大致经历了两个阶段，以“九·一八”事变为界有明显的不同。附属地的教育宗旨，无论是前期的“同化教育”还是后期的“皇民化教育”，都属于殖民奴化教育性质，但其实行的程度和手段、策略是随着政治、军事、经济形势的变化而变化和发展的，具有明显的阶段性。     

试析满铁的情报调查活动

南满洲铁道株式会社在中国存在的将近 4 0年时间里 ,拥有庞大的调查机构 ,大搞情报调查活动 ,为日本军队和政府提供侵略中国的决策咨询和参考 ,充当着日本侵华的先遣部队与参谋。满铁调查部在日本侵华中起了重要作用。     

三十年来我国满铁研究现状述评

满铁是近代日本设在中国最大的“国策会社”，是近代日本在中国进行搜集军事、政治、社会、文化等情报的特殊机构。日本战败后，满铁大部分资料留存于中国，分散于中国国内的数十家图书馆。这批规模巨大、卷帙浩繁的满铁资料，是我们研究东北亚近现代史、近现代中日关系史和中国东北地方史极为珍贵的第一手资料。三十年来我国的满铁文献资料整理与出版及学术研究取得了令人瞩目的成就，但也存在一些问题需要引起我们的重视。     

伪满洲国日本人移民用地征购政策

伪满洲国建立后,日本便不失时机地向中国东北大规模推行日本人农业移民,以达到土地和人口的占领,进而实现长期霸占的目的。为此日本关东军等有关侵略机构便煞费苦心炮制了一系列日本农业移民用地取得的方针、政策,并以军事为后盾,对中国东北的土地进行疯狂的强行"征用"、"收买"和掠夺,给中国人民带来了深重的灾难。     

南满洲铁道株式会社和战后的满铁史研究

“满铁”是日本军国主义侵略政策和战争政策的产物和工具。在中国长达40年之久的活动中,满铁曾占有特殊重要的地位,也给所谓满蒙地区留下了深深的历史足迹。自50年代中期以来,吉林大学《满铁史资料编写组》在有关方面的指导和协助下,对满铁史开展了系统的、独立的研究工作,取得了重要成果,引起国内外学术界的重视和高度评价。苏崇民教授是这一研究集体中的主要代表。苏教授撰写的此文全面地评述了在满铁史研究中的若干基本问题。     

Young American China Watchers＇ Views on China

In this paper, the author has made a thorough study over the new generation of American China Watchers. Most of the pages are devoted to a detailed comparison between the old generation and the young generation of American China Watchers regarding to their background, education, and views over China. At the end of the paper, the author also gives some policy suggestions for both the Chinese and U.S. government based on the findings in this study.
