微小隐孢子虫子孢子表面抗原CP15/60基因的克隆与原核表达

提取微小隐孢子虫鼠基因型卵囊总RNA,用RT-PCR扩增微小隐孢子虫子孢子表面抗原CP15/60基因并克隆到pMD18-T载体中.将鉴定正确的序列亚克隆于原核表达载体pET-28b(+),转化大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)进行诱导表达,表达产物进行SDS-PAGE和Western-blot分析,同时将重组蛋白免疫动物后检测血清抗体.结果显示,克隆的目的基因核苷酸序列与GenBank登录的序列的同源性为98.66%.目的基因在大肠杆菌中以可溶形式高效表达.表达的重组蛋白占菌体可溶性总蛋白的57.5%,纯化的重组蛋白纯度达95.2%.重组蛋白可被兔抗微小隐孢子虫血清特异性识别,用重组蛋白免疫3次后,兔血清特异性抗体达到较高水平.表明,该重组蛋白具有较好的反应原性和免疫原性.     

questioning global vaginahood: reflections from adapting <Emphasis Type="Italic">The Vagina Monologues</Emphasis> in Hong Kong

Drawing on the author's experience in devising a localized version of The Vagina Monologues in Hong Kong, this paper critically appraises the ‘global vaginahood’ in the globalization of The Vagina Monologues and the V-Day movement that reproduces a core-periphery relationship in the transnational women's movement. As a theatrical performance and a worldwide movement, these productions are remarkable for the manner in which they raise awareness about women's sexuality and violence against women in different parts of the world. Critical questions, however, remain on the rhetoric of universalism and the ethnocentric methods of the global campaign, with US women's experiences and agenda defining those of women in other parts of the world. As a worldwide campaign, the V-Day movement reproduces a hierarchical model between the global North and South, with an emphasis on Western leadership rather than coalition between partners with different experiences, priorities, and strategies. The paper argues that feminists may develop more effective coalitions with local women by recognizing and identifying locally derived creative efforts to respond to issues that are pertinent to their lives. As such, the paper is a push for dialogues in the V-Day campaign and transnational women's movement in general.     

宪法权利视角下的美国目击者辨认证据规则

自1967年的United States v.Wade案开始,美国最高法院逐步发展出目击者辨认证据(排除)规则。在各时期主流司法理念的影响下,律师帮助权和正当程序权利这两项宪法权利共同见证着该规则盛极而衰的历史演变。尽管正当程序正经受国际化浪潮的影响,但是却受到当前美国主流司法理念的抑制,于是很难再产生一次新的革命,目击者辨认证据规则的这一重要理论基础从而也大为削弱。该规则很难再单纯地继续因循修补加完善的传统套路,而是同时需要另辟蹊径采取成文法化的路径来规制辨认程序,这是美国司法界目前及未来面临的一项重要课题。

Psychology and legal change

This article takes stock of one aspect of psychologically based empirical jurisprudence-its role in legal change over the last decade. It assesses the ways in which the increased involvement of psychology in the legal process has influenced and affected the nature and direction of legal change. While acknowledging very real and tangible successes, it also identifies several problem areas, ones whose significance may grow in light of an increasingly unsympathetic, conservative judiciary. The direction of psychology and law, as an applied academic discipline, and the future of empirically based legal change are also examined.This article is based on an Invited Address to Division 41, APA Annual Convention, New Orleans, August, 1989.

四生汤减轻放射反应的作用机制研究

为进一步研究四生汤减轻放射反应的作用机制，分别以＾１３７Ｇｓ－γ射线全身一次性照射造成小鼠急性辐射损伤模型及人骨髓细胞为研究对象，观察四生汤对模型动物和人骨髓细胞增殖的影响。结果表明四生汤明显提高模型动物Ｇ－ＣＦＵ和ＣＦＵ－Ｓ数量，对人骨髓Ｇ－ＣＦＵ产率也有明显的促进作用。四生汤内可能含有促进骨髓造血干细胞增殖和分化的成分。

肘部骨骼年龄判定方法的研究

本文根据学龄儿童肘关节部位骨髂的X线解剖特点,制定出一套适用于男10～15岁,女8～13岁儿童的肘部骨骼发育年龄判定方法。该方法可分为两部分:肘骨龄标准图谱和肘骨龄计分判定法。骨龄标准图谱由男女分开的两套肘部X线标准片组成。计分法包括男女共用的肘部骨标志发育分期图和男女分开的相应骨成熟分数表和标准百分数曲线。两种方法都附有较详细的使用说明。骨龄图谱使用简便,计分法的精确性较高。     

中苏(俄)关系的历史演进及其当前启示

从中苏到中俄,从同盟、对抗到伙伴,这三种关系模式如同历史本身的有机发展一样,彼此之间有着深厚的逻辑关联。一方面,同盟和对抗模式为伙伴模式提供了极为丰厚的历史遗产,对其产生了不可割舍的内在影响和制约。另一方面,伙伴模式在20世纪90年代后之所以能够得到全面、持续而又深入地构建,是与其对同盟和对抗模式所进行的辩证继承和扬弃分不开的。
