试论当前我国红色旅游发展的信息化建设

旅游信息化是红色旅游发展的内在要求与必由之路,但目前信息化水平滞后已成为红色旅游进一步发展的“瓶颈”。因此,必须增强全民的旅游信息意识,加强红色旅游企业及相关部门的信息化基础建设,从而最大限度地发挥信息化在红色旅游发展过程中的作用。     

试论我国刑法中的危险状态犯

危险状态犯是指以危险状态的出现为成立要件的犯罪,而非以危险状态的出现为既遂的犯罪。危险状态是一种危害结果,即危险结果。在我国,“危险状态犯”之称谓比“危险犯”更合适。直接故意危险状态犯有其特殊之处,并在此基础之上,分析了刑法第116条、第117条、第118条与第119条第1款的关系是危险状态犯与实害犯的关系。

组织公民行为作为一种积极的角色外行为对组织内部环境有建设性作用的同时也会对组织管理产生一定消极影响,但是把对组织公民行为的失当管理所带来的后果归咎为这种角色外行为的消极影响有失偏颇。管理活动一旦背离组织公民行为内在的道德性,势必会诱发管理困境和成员的消极角色外行为,产生道德摩擦。因之,本文从潜在的道德困境这一角度审视组织公民行为的消极影响,侧重从成员的心理动机和组织反馈进行归因分析,期待通过人力资源管理途径来改善组织公民行为的道德处境。
