浅谈民族地区水土资源信息的搜集、诠释和利用--兼论生态民族学在信息整合上的特殊价值

水土流失治理是一项跨学科的综合社会工程,完成这一工程需要搜集不同学科、不同民族、不同地区的信息资料.借助生态民族学的理论架构可以有效地整合来自不同地区、不同民族、不同科学的水土资源信息,使之成为水土流失治理的信息支撑库藏.本文通过跨文化、跨学科的信息搜集、诠释及应用实例,揭示了生态民族学在信息整合中的特殊价值.     

试论加快我国内外贸一体化进程

在我国流通领域,内贸、外贸分兵割据由来已久。随着改革开放的深化和市场经济的发展,客观上要求我们必须加快实行内外贸一体化经营与管理。加快内外贸一体化进程应制定长远规划从多个方面逐步推行,主要包括赋予内贸企业外贸经营权力、重视外贸企业组织创新、发展大型流通集团、加强复合型人才的培养等途径。

区域化是当今世界的一个重要发展趋势。欧盟和东盟是当今世界发展最为引人注目的区域组织。它们的发展不仅对本地区的政治、经济产生了巨大的影响,同时,也在世界的经济发展和政治稳定中扮演着重要的角色。比较分析两大区域组织发展模式,有利于加深我国与它们的合作,推动各方的经济和政治的发展,以开创“共赢”的局面。     

文化在区域经济中的整合功能——以山西区域经济发展为例

随着区域经济的发展,文化在其中所起到的价值整合作用越来越突出。文章以山西区域经济发展为例,提出文化的整合功能主要表现在五个方面:提高城市品位;提升商品的附加值;挖掘人的经济品质;增加社会凝聚力;使区域经济在发展过程中深深打上文化的印记。因此,文化与经济的整合是区域经济发展的一个新方向。     

试析文档一体化管理的必然趋势

随着机关事业单位部门管理体制的不断改革发展,目前很多部门内部仍在施行的文书工作与档案工作分设运行的制度暴露出许多弊端,已然跟不上时代发展的潮流.现行的文书工作与档案工作内容有关联但相互有矛盾或不统一的规范要修改,使两方面的内容协调起来,文书工作与档案工作分别管理的体制迫切需要进行制度变革和技术创新,要实行有效整合、统一管理.因此,机关事业单位实行文档一体化管理十分必要,且已成为了一种必然趋势.     

Integration or Black Power?

Integration politics experienced a postcolonial crisis in the late 1960s. This was a crisis driven by the simultaneous and inter‐related eruption of Powellism and Black Power. This article uses the crisis of integration politics to show the Powellite conjuncture from its other side, as it played out in the reconstitution of black British politics. It shows how black activists responded to the rise of Powellism by demanding that the politics of integration be either abandoned or reframed, to more fully shake out the colonial inheritances that lurked within it. The integration proposed by the postwar project of race relations was problematic from its inception; Black Power used Powell's intervention to expose these problems and demand change.     

Contested narratives of encounter from a bridge-building project in northern England

ABSTRACT

Recent years of community engagement under the war on terror in the UK have seen the co-option of bridge-building initiatives into wider narratives of securing communities. Through ethnographic insights into a peace building inter-faith initiative that made it onto the news as a ‘deradicalization’ workshop, I show how encounters in such projects are susceptible to being reframed into the very narrative in which encounters are sought after in the first place as a political settlement to growing inter-ethnic tension and conflict. This paper contributes to the growing geographies of encounter literature by making more explicit the narratives that shape how encounters function.     

Economic effects estimation for the Eurasian Economic Union: Application of regional linear regression

This paper aims to provide a coherent analysis of the economic impact accession to the Eurasian Economic Union has had on the economies of current member states and what affect membership would have on the economy of Azerbaijan. By applying a Linear Regression Model we find that membership to this regional bloc has yielded minimal financial benefits for the existing members. However, for most states, accession has increased the trade deficit with Russia and that a membership would likely produce a similar negative outcome for Azerbaijan in addition to undermining national economic and energy policy making.     

少年司法国家责任论纲

由于国家责任的缺失，限制了我国少年司法制度的宏观规划、整体布局与协同进步，以致法律体系不完善、地域差别较大、部门协作壁垒等问题一直存在。国家责任更具“宣誓”意义和政策指引价值，其与政府责任、司法机关责任存在主体不同、责任内容不同、责任实现方式不同等区别。从国家责任角度出发，应加速制定“儿童福利法”，完善儿童福利制度，理顺刑事诉讼法内部规则，细化收容教养制度，协调刑法、刑事诉讼法与其他部门法的衔接；少年司法所需经费可实行国家财政统一拨付，国家应统筹发展少年司法模式，并大力发展中西部少年司法社工组织及少年司法社工；明确司法机关、政府相关部门的责任分配，强化家庭、学校作用的发挥，积极推动公安、司法机关、政府部门与少年司法社工组织的协同发展。
