Two hundred and two undergraduate participants (134 female, 68 male) completed both the Revised NEO Personality Inventory (NEO‐PI‐R) and self‐report measures of prior workplace accident involvement. Significant inverse relationships were found between the factor of Agreeableness and the total reported number of work‐related accidents and between the factor of Conscientiousness and the total reported number of not‐at‐fault work‐related accidents alone, as well as the total reported number of work‐related accidents. Further, regression analyses indicate that both Agreeableness and Conscientiousness factors may be useful for predicting certain types of workplace accidents. Implications and potential future directions for research are discussed. 相似文献

目的:研究脾虚患者SIL 2R 含量与淋巴细胞增殖活性关系。方法:采用3 H TdR 掺入法,ELISA 双抗体夹心法测定脾虚患者、正常人外周血淋巴细胞增殖活性,血浆及PHA 诱导的72h淋巴细胞培养上清SIL 2R 含量。结果:脾虚患者外周血淋巴细胞对PHA 诱导的增殖反应较正常人明显下降( P< 0 .01) ,淋巴细胞培养上清SIL 2R含量显著低于正常组,其水平与淋巴细胞增殖反应量正相关( P< 0 .01) ,但外周血SIL 2R 含量显著地高于正常对照组( P< 0 .01) 。结论:脾虚患者存在免疫功能紊乱 相似文献

目的:观察参芪降糖颗粒配合诺和灵50R治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:60例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,治疗组30例,用参芪降糖颗粒配合诺和灵50R治疗;对照组30例,单用诺和灵50R治疗。12周后观察疗效,监测空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、中餐前血糖、晚餐前血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)。结果:治疗后两组患者血糖均得到良好控制,两组血糖值和HbA1C比较均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗组诺和灵50R治疗有效剂量较对照组节约20%(P<0.01),治疗组出现1例低血糖反应,对照组出现8例低血糖反应,与治疗组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:参芪降糖颗粒配合诺和灵50R降低血糖作用明显,可减少诺和灵50R用量,且安全性好。 相似文献

《中华人民共和国海商法》(简称《海商法》)调整对象的准确界定是该法修改成功的基础之一。《海商法》第1条关于"调整海上运输关系、船舶关系"的规定,被认为是《海商法》调整对象的规范表述,但该表述存在概念指称不清、外延过于宽泛或不确定、主体缺失与规定错位及调整对象与调整目标之间缺乏合理的对应关系等问题。关于《海商法》调整对象的学理解释观点纷呈,但均过于表面化,未能反思立法不当问题。通过对《海商法》调整对象界定依据的分析,指出应当依据实践诉求、空间要素、主体法律地位及体系性诉求,将《海商法》调整对象界定为平等主体间的法律地位及因船舶运输、船舶停泊、船舶归属与利用而产生的社会关系及与之有关的社会关系。 相似文献

Despite ongoing debate regarding the effectiveness of tax abatements, Michigan's Industrial Facilities Tax (IFT) abatement program has been widely and extensively used to boost local economic development. In this article, we estimate the effects of industrial property tax abatements on industrial, residential, and commercial property value growth in the context of regional competition for a panel of 152 communities in the five counties surrounding Detroit from 1983 through 2002. We find that: (1) offering tax abatements yields statistically significant positive impacts on industrial property value growth; (2) the impacts are larger in high tax than in low tax communities; (3) there are positive spillover effects of industrial tax abatements on residential and commercial property value growth; (4) tax abatements offered in competitor communities do not appear to influence own industrial property value growth; and (5) changes in the own as well as competitor property tax rates are important determinants of industrial property value growth. However, the fiscal benefits of tax abatements are quite small as compared with the costs of offering abatements even when spillover benefits to residential and commercial properties are considered. 相似文献

AbstractPublic debates on R2P one-sidedly focus on its forcible aspects. They should, however, also focus on R2P’s non-coercive aspects, which include the legal obligations to cooperate and to pursue peaceful conflict resolution, notably the obligation to undertake meaningful attempts at negotiation before coercive means are taken into consideration. After the Arab Spring erupted in Libya and Syria, other countries did not exhaust reasonable efforts to deal and negotiate with the incumbent powers, and to assist and encourage them to meet their obligations under R2P, even though negotiations are part and parcel of the R2P framework and constitute the very first step to be taken whenever a state seems to ignore its obligations under that framework. 相似文献
