离子色谱法检验生物检材中的氟乙酰胺（氟乙酸钠）

目的建立离子色谱法定性、定量分析氟乙酰胺(氟乙酸钠)的方法。方法用离子色谱检验生物检材中的氟乙酰胺。结果在生物检材中回收率>90%,得到了氟乙酸钠和氟离子的线性范围分别为500ng/g～20ng/g和1ng/g～1μg/g的线性回归方程,检出限分别为10ng/g和1ng/g,相对偏差均小于1%。结论该方法提取方法简单,可用于办案。     

Microscopic Residues of Bone from Dissolving Human Remains in Acids

Dissolving bodies is a current method of disposing of human remains and has been practiced throughout the years. During the last decade in the Netherlands, two cases have emerged in which human remains were treated with acid. In the first case, the remains of a cremated body were treated with hydrofluoric acid. In the second case, two complete bodies were dissolved in a mixture of hydrochloric and sulfuric acid. In both cases, a great variety of evidence was collected at the scene of crime, part of which was embedded in resin, polished, and investigated using SEM/EDX. Apart from macroscopic findings like residual bone and artificial teeth, in both cases, distinct microscopic residues of bone were found as follows: (partly) digested bone, thin‐walled structures, and recrystallized calcium phosphate. Although some may believe it is possible to dissolve a body in acid completely, at least some of these microscopic residues will always be found.     

Uses Of Blood: Re-Reading Matt. 27:25

‘The entire people cry out, “His blood be on us and on our children.”’ Is this the epochal ‘no’ of Israel renouncing its birthright? The legal precedent is not in delict but in contract, in treaties and covenants in which an entire people bind themselves and their descendants, their entire nation, in perpetuity by an imprecatory curse-oath identifying themselves and their descendants with a blood sacrifice that seals the contract. Legally, treaties and covenants require contemporaneous ratification. The author of Matthew’s gospel obtains the acclamations of the other actors, Pilate, the soldiers, the chief priests, scribes and elders and from the sign atop the cross by the formulaic talisman, ‘King of the Jews’ or ‘Israel’s King’ that each recite. He obtains the crowd’s acclamation from Pilate using together the words ‘Christ’ (Messiah) and ‘blood’ and employing a Jewish hand washing ritual. The purpose of the hand washing ritual was to forgive Israel for the guilt of innocent blood. However, Pilate uses this ritual meant to forgive Israel for its extreme opposite perverse purpose to condemn Israel. But the crowd uses the words ‘blood on’ in a different sense that evades Pilate’s request. ‘Blood on’ in the sacrificial system meant acceptance of a sacrificial blood offering.     

我国合同解除类型之比较

合同解除是合同权利义务终止的原因之一。我国现行《合同法》规定了三种解除类型,即协议解除、约定解除法定解除,合同当事人应依照不同情形正确选择适用。而实践中,人们往往忽略合同解除的适用条件及程序,造成该制度的不当适用,易引发不利于自身利益的法律后果。文章从适用条件、程序及效力等方面进行比较,从而对三者做出区分。

氟乙酸五氟苄基酯的气相色谱分析

目的 对氟乙酸根阴离子的衍生物-氟乙酸五氟苄基酯(PFB-MFA)进行了气相色谱分析，以满足氟乙酰胺类鼠药化验工作的需要。方法 使用GC／ECD、GC／MS Scan、GC／MS SIM对该化合物的标准溶液进行了分析，得到了各种分析方法的校正曲线及检测限。结果 三种方法测定PFB-MFA的线性范围分别为GC／ECD 0.01～0.1ng／μl、GC／MS SCAN 1～100ng／μl、GC／MS SIM 5×10~(-3)～1ng／μl。三种方法对氟乙酸根阴离子的检测限分别为：GC／ECD1.31×10~(-4)ng／μl、GC／MS SCAN 0.13ng／μl、GC／MS SIM 1.76×10~(-4)ng／μl。结论 氟乙酸根阴离子的衍生物氟乙酸五氟苄基酯在GC／ECD及GC／MS上具有一定的线性范围，有非常高的灵敏度，可用于法庭科学的定性定量分析。     

离子色谱法检测全血中的亚硝酸盐及其代谢产物

目的建立全血中亚硝酸盐的离子色谱分析方法。方法将0.5mL全血和1mL水混合,用乙腈沉淀血液中的蛋白质后依次过C18柱、Ag柱和Na柱,用于去除其中的有机物和氯离子后进行离子色谱检测,并对蛋白沉淀溶剂、前处理柱等最佳实验条件进行考察。结果采用本文方法对空白添加全血进行检测,在色谱图上亚硝酸根离子及其氧化产物硝酸根离子的保留时间分别为10.02min、19.21min。选择乙腈作为蛋白沉淀剂,C18柱去除有机物,Ag柱去除氯离子,Na柱去除银离子。全血中亚硝酸根离子的检出限为0.05μg/mL,亚硝酸根和硝酸根的总回收率为95.9%~117.3%。结论本文方法简便,回收率好,灵敏度高,适用于中毒者血液中亚硝酸盐的检测。     

Estimation of stature from hand impression: a nonconventional approach

Stature is used for constructing a biological profile that assists with the identification of an individual. So far, little attention has been paid to the fact that stature can be estimated from hand impressions left at scene of crime. The present study based on practical observations adopted a new methodology of measuring hand length from the depressed area between hypothenar and thenar region on the proximal surface of the palm. Stature and bilateral hand impressions were obtained from 503 men of central India. Seventeen dimensions of hand were measured on the impression. Linear regression equations derived showed hand length followed by palm length are best estimates of stature. Testing the practical utility of the suggested method on latent prints of 137 subjects, a statistically insignificant result was obtained when known and estimated stature derived from latent prints was compared. The suggested approach points to a strong possibility of its usage in crime scene investigation, albeit the fact that validation studies in real-life scenarios are performed.     

交通伤致手功能丧失的伤残评定

在交通事故伤残评定中,手功能评定是目前法医界关注的焦点问题之一.现行《道路交通事故受伤人员伤残评定》标准规定的手功能分配比例是由国外手外科专家的理念与我国手外科的实际情况相结合而产生的.在进行手功能评定时,需考虑缺失、运动、感觉等三方面的功能丧失程度,测算相应的功能丧失比例,然后在标准中寻找对应的适用条款.然而,目前我国的手功能评定中也存在一定的问题,包括手指(拇指除外)远侧关节比例大于近侧关节比例,缺乏对于拇指内收、外展、对掌、对指等功能的评价等.手功能评定方法在司法鉴定的实践中尚需不断完善,在吸取国外成功经验的同时,不应一味追求简便而断章取义,忽视了一些重要的问题.

刑法的机能是刑法价值论领域中不断发展和演变的一个动态性和开放性的理论范畴 ,在现阶段探讨刑法的机能 ,应把握这样几点 :作为刑法维护统治阶级利益的统治工具这个本质机能 ,在当今时代已经历史性演进为全体人民维系自身赖以生存的社会共同生活秩序的需要 ;在本质机能之下分布的若干具体机能中 ,保护人民的机能被空前突出出来 ,成为具体机能体系中的核心机能和最终的价值目标 ;同时刑法具体机能中的另一个基点性机能———惩罚犯罪 ,即具体机能中的其他机能均以惩罚犯罪为必然手段 ,以保护人民为终极目标 ,使得刑法的若干机能呈动态系统性排列。
