资源依赖分析:党建科学化研究的新视角

资源依赖理论在党建领域中的应用,为党建科学化研究提供了新视角。在党组织与外界环境的复杂互动中,中国共产党找到了一条提高党建科学化水平的新的研究路径。在社会转型期,中国共产党的执政环境发生了深刻变化,党的权力架构、组织结构、思想文化、意识形态以及其它执政资源都发生了一定的转换。中国共产党应顺应国际潮流、国内转型和党内转变的总体环境,进一步提高非权力性权威、巩固组织网络、强化社会整合功能。     

Renminbi Capital Account Openness:Research Review

RMB capital account openness has attracted increasing attention in recent 10 years, a great many papers focused on the topic, they are mainly relevant to effectiveness and effects of capital control, effects of capital account policies, possible effects of capital account full openness, relationship between capital account openness and RMB internationalization, and the practical problems of RMB capital account openness. The paper sorts out all the relevant literatures and proposes research outlook.     

Intergenerational Interactions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine interactions between elder volunteers and children in a campus-based child care center, using the revised Interaction Analysis Instrument (Newman & Onawola, 1989). Findings from video-taped interactions suggested that intergenerational interactions may be systematically related to the nature of specific program activities. Thus it may be important for program coordinators to consider the kind of intergenerational interactions they want to facilitate when choosing among various intergenerational activities. Additional recommendations are offered to child-care and elder-care organizers who are interested in developing intergenerational programs.     

How Single-Parent Children Speak About Poverty and Social Exclusion: Policy Implications From a Comparative,Qualitative, Cross-National Project

This article presents some of the key findings from a comparative, qualitative research study carried out in the United Kingdom, Greece, and Cyprus. The main goal of the study was to investigate single-parent children's experiences and understandings of poverty and social exclusion in their everyday lives and to make relevant policy recommendations. The article highlights children's voices and illustrates the utility of integrating them in efforts to develop sensitive policies which meet their needs as these stem from their own experiences of poverty and social exclusion while also making the case for the utility of comparative, qualitative, cross-national research.     

检察环节证据合法性审查实证研究

修订后的《刑事诉讼法》规定了检察机关的非法证据排除义务,并对检察环节开展证据合法性审查的具体程序和相应职责予以了明确规定。从司法实践来看,侦查活动的密闭性、审查模式的单一性、立法的不完善以及在审查过程中自由裁量缺乏必要的规制等问题制约了证据合法性审查的实效。为此,有必要从审查程序、配套制度以及认证规则等方面予以完善。     

More with Less? Fiscal Decentralisation,Public Health Spending and Health Sector Performance

Decentralisation is considered a panacea for deficient public sector performance by many. However, recent trends of health sector recentralisation in several OECD countries suggest the opposite. Taking on a cross‐country perspective, I examine two hypotheses, namely that decentralisation leads to an increase in public health spending (H1) and to poor health sector outcomes (H2). The evidence I present suggests that decentralising spending tends to lead to larger public health sectors and to poorer health sector outcomes. However, decentralising tax authority has no effect on the size of the health sector and may actually have a positive effect on health sector performance. The broader lesson is that while general fiscal decentralisation research tends to imply that its conclusions are valid for all policy areas in a similar way, sector‐specific insights can reveal a more nuanced view on the consequences of fiscal decentralisation.     

2000年以来大陆学界对钓鱼岛问题的研究现状分析

近年来,钓鱼岛问题已渐成大陆学界的研究热点,大批学术成果问世,研究主题主要涉及钓鱼岛问题的历史地理研究、法理研究、现状及前景研究等若干领域。这些研究不仅体现为历史地理依据和法理依据方面的深度论述,而且对解决钓鱼岛问题的各种方案进行了深入思考,表明钓鱼岛问题研究步入了一个新的发展阶段。     

习惯法研究中的“实用主义”倾向之反思

当前我国习惯法研究中充满着日益强烈的实用主义价值诉求与愈益精细的制度设想．这固然有其积极的实践意义和制度优化作用，但也存在“实用主义”倾向等诸多偏颇，制约了我国习惯法研究的深层次发展。究其原因在于大多数的习惯法研究者过于简单化地以西方的“实用主义”为依据和标准．既忽略了对“实用主义”内涵的深层理解和消化吸收，又没有把握习惯法的内在理路。为此，在今后的习惯法研究中，应结合全球化的时代背景，回到“实用主义”哲学的生成语境，从习惯法的内在理路来进行研究。     

全球科研评价体系的演进与发展--以美国、英国、澳大利亚、荷兰四国为例

通过对美国、英国、澳大利亚、荷兰四国科研评价体系发展的纵向梳理，以及对四国最新科研评价体系的横向比较，可以发现此四国科研体系具有一些共同的演进逻辑和发展趋势：评价体系的精细化、评价成本效益的最大化、政府引导的明朗化。这些评价体系的特点对我国建设科学而多元的科研评价体系具有重要的借鉴意义。     

关于干部教育教学中几个重要问题的思考

＂教学布局＂是干部教育教学中一个战略指导性问题,它直接关乎教学领域的确立、教学内容的分布和教学重点的确立;＂研究式教学＂是多年来干部教育教学中一直倡导的一种教学方式,但何谓＂研究式教学＂,实践中人们理解有较多差异;＂互动研讨＂是强化教学互动性、实现研究式教学目标的一个关键环节,在干部教育教学中占着十分重要的地位。本文结合中国延安干部学院教学实践,就＂教学布局＂、＂研究式教学＂和教学中的＂互动研讨＂几个重点问题,作了初步探讨。
