高校教师师德建设的法治思考

加强高校教师师德建设,对于提高教师德行素养,确保党的事业后继有人,实现中华民族的伟大复兴无不具有重要的战略意义。以法治德,对于教师职业道德建设具有必要性和可行性,应该作为指导高校教师师德建设的方针。在以法治德方针的指引下,着力提高教师队伍的道德素质和法制素质,是高校教师师德建设的基本任务。采取自律与他律并重,以自律为主、他律为辅的工作方式,将是行之有效的途径。     

‘Feel what I feel’: making da(r)ta with teen girls for creative activisms on how sexual violence matters

Abstract

Inspired by feminist new materialist and posthuman activist philosophy, this paper speculates on what happens when data entangles with arts-based methodologies in a school-based participatory activist project with six teen girls (age 15) on gender-based and sexual violence. Mapping the journey of how data become da(r)ta and how da(r)ta become d/artaphacts, the paper follows how the Runway of Disrespect, the Shame Chain, the Ruler-Skirt and the Tagged Heart ripple through peer cultures, school assemblies and national policy landscapes. Each journey provides a small glimpse into how bodies, space, objects, affects and discourse ‘intra-act’ in dynamic assemblages to produce d/artaphacts crafted from and carrying experience. The paper concludes to consider the ethical-political affordances of how participatory arts-based methodologies and the im/personal vitality of objects might support young people to safely and creatively communicate and potentially transform oppressive sexual cultures and practices.

弘扬劳模精神与培育一流教师具有相促相济的关系。劳模精神孕育和助推一流教师的职业发展,爱岗敬业的工作态度是先决条件;争创一流的工作目标是根本动力;艰苦奋斗的工作作风是必要准则;勇于创新的工作方法是关键法宝;淡泊名利的工作境界是道义要求;甘于奉献的工作品质是永恒魅力。在积极弘扬劳模精神中着力培育一流教师,要在内容、形式、主体、效果上下功夫,着力坚定教师的信念、强化教师的热情、激发教师的共鸣、提升教师的能力。     

Instrumental and cultural considerations in constructing European identity among ethnic minority groups in Lithuania in a generational perspective

Research on European identity focuses mainly on majority populations in Western European countries without differentiating among specific population groups and generations, and, above all, disregarding ethnic minority groups living in Central and Eastern Europe. This paper addresses this gap by investigating the development of European identity among three ethnic minority groups in Lithuania: Belarusians, Poles, and Russians. Theoretically, the project is based on the instrumental approach, which argues that European identity is closely related to perceived benefits from “being European,” and on the cultural approach, which holds a common history, ancestry, and culture responsible for the development of European identity. Existing research has, above all, emphasized the importance of instrumental considerations. Analyzing qualitative interviews collected in the FP7 research project “ENRI-East,” the paper compares how young and adult members of ethnic minority groups construct European identity due to “instrumental” and “cultural” considerations. The results show that both instrumental and cultural considerations are relevant and further development of European identity depends on which age group or ethnic minority group an individual belongs to.     

Just Use What You Have: Ethical Fashion Discourse and the Feminisation of Responsibility

ABSTRACT

The rise of fast fashion has meant that young women (even those on relatively low incomes) are able to ‘regularly consume and discard fashionable clothing’ [Buckley, Cheryl, and Hazel Clark. 2012. “Conceptualizing Fashion in Everyday Lives.” Design Issues 28 (4): 18–28. doi:10.1162/DESI_a_00172., 21]. While this development may be aligned with the democratisation of fashion—the fact that the supply chains that deliver fast fashion are not consistent with the principles of global democracy is now also relatively common knowledge in the democratised West. This, along with growing awareness of the ecological harms associated with the fashion industry has contributed to what Elke Gaugele [2014. Aesthetic Politics in Fashion. Vienna: Sternberg Press] has termed the ‘ethical turn’ in fashion. However, despite the fact that young women are often not deemed capable of translating their (ethical) attitudes into (ethical) behaviours [McNeill, Lisa, and Rebecca Moore. 2015. “Sustainable Fashion Consumption and the Fast Fashion Conundrum: Fashionable Consumers and Attitudes to Sustainability in Clothing Choice.” International Journal of Consumer Studies 39 (3): 212–222], nor able to be ‘trusted to consistently make good decisions’ [Brooks, Andrew. 2015. Clothing Poverty: The Hidden World of Fast Fashion and Second-Hand Clothes. London: Zed Books, 241], they are also increasingly being called to recognise their individual role in the politics of global fashion supply chains. Drawing on examples from scholarly and popular discourses as well as online peer to peer communications, this article explores the historical moment of fast fashion as an instance of both the feminisation of consumption and the feminisation of responsibility.     

独立学院培养青年马克思主义者初探

从概念定义、意义论证、解决途径三个方面,在研究其他学者相关理论论述的基础上,结合独立学院的一些自身特点,提出切实有效培养青年马克思主义者的建议。     

战后初期日本教师职前培养模式改革论略

战后初期,在民主化教育体制建立、战前封闭型教师职前培养模式反思以及社会对“教师”职位认识变化的影响下,日本教师职前培养模式走上了开放型的发展道路.其改革措施主要包括:整编旧制师范学校、在旧制帝国大学创设教育学部以及在一般大学开设教师培养课程.研究战后初期日本教师职前培养模式改革的背景、措施以及所出现的问题对正处于教师教育转型期的我中教师教育发展具有一定的启发意义.     

关于预防在校学生涉黑问题的思考

在校学生涉黑的主体包括在校大学生、中学生甚至小学生,他们加入涉黑组织的形式包括被引诱加入、被强迫加入和由违法犯罪团伙转化来的自行建立的涉黑组织。影响在校学生涉黑的相关因素主要有校园及校园周边的治安环境、学校与家庭教育的缺陷,还有在校学生的心理个性特点。预防在校生涉黑,需要加强对校园及其周边治安环境的整治、修正和完善学校的教育方针、加强对在校学生心理辅导与人格的塑造。     

差异公民资格与正义:艾利斯·马瑞恩·杨政治哲学探微

在当代西方女性主义政治哲学中,艾利斯·马瑞恩·杨以其"差异的公民资格"与"差异政治"而独具特色.从对罗尔斯为代表的自由主义普遍公民资格的批判出发,她说明了自由主义普遍公民资格如何忽略或至少是回避了差异及差异群体的权利要求.她以差异的公民资格为切入点,揭示出女性主义政治哲学之差异正义的根本理论诉求,这不仅为女性等差异性群体争取自身权利指明了方向,也试图以另外一种新的视角,即公民资格的理论视角,冲击传统意义上普遍主义的正义理解.在当代多元文化的广阔背景下,差异的公民资格和差异平等的正义观照正越来越成为差异性群体争取自身权利的理论武器,而差异正义的独特理论诉求也正日益成为普遍正义的一种有意义的补充.     

宗教对青年马克思恩格斯的影响——兼及宗教与社会主义的关系

宗教对青年马克思恩格斯的思想产生过影响。本文从基督教和犹太教等方面考察了他们诞生时的宗教性历史与现实背景,探讨了他们思想发展之初的宗教有神论阶段,说明了这一影响。最后,对恩格斯晚年关于宗教与科学社会主义之间关系的论述进行了思考。作者认为,虽然两者之间有相似之处,但它们是性质根本不同的两种思想体系。
