西部大开发中大型工业企业发展战略研究

大型工业企业是西部经济发展的重要物质基础和主导力量,然而西部大型工业企业存在着产业层次低、企业规模小、缺乏市场竞争力、经济效益低等问题。针对这些问题,本提出了西部地区大型工业企业进一步的发展战略和可操作性对策。     

Alliance of Civilizations： The global peace project of the 21st century

The Alliance of Civilizations was established in 2005, at the initiative of the Governments of Spain and Turkey; under the auspices of the United Nations for inter civilizations dialogue to bridge the gap between the West and Muslim world. This article analyzes advantage and disadvantage sides of the success of this initiative.

慢病毒载体介导的西尼罗河病毒prME蛋白的表达

将西尼罗河病毒(WNV)的主要免疫原性基因prME插入HIV-1慢病毒载体pHR中,构建了转移质粒pHR-WNV/prME。在脂质体介导下,将该质粒与p△8.2、pVSV/G共转染293T细胞,48h后收获细胞上清。将上清转导正常的293T细胞,通过报告基因荧光观察、间接免疫荧光检测。结果表明,利用HIV-1慢病毒载体系统包装得到了假型病毒,可以高效转导293T细胞,并实现了WNVprME基因在被转导细胞中的表达,从而为基于慢病毒载体的WNV新型疫苗的研制奠定基础。     

西方法理学的生成

西方法理学在法学史的意义上被称为西方法律思想史,是生成于西方特定时空环境和独有的哲理基础上的法律思辩。若泛泛而论,作为法的一般理论的西方法理学甚至先于法学而出现。但是严格说来却是十九世纪法学分化的结果,法学是其原生形态。考察词源,西语“法理学”、“法哲学”虽为同义语,其意蕴却有所不同,中经复杂的语言流转,嬗变出现代汉语“法理学”的名称。     

Marriage and household in the Belgrade elite at the beginning of the 20th century: The Novaković family

Building on Ahmad ibn Yusuf b. al-Qadi al-Timbuktawi's treatise entitled Hatk al-Sitr Amma Alayhi Sudani Tunis min al-Kufr (Piercing the Veil: Being an Account of the Infidel Religions of the Blacks of Tunis) this paper examines the implications of the Hausa non-Muslim Bori cult practice in Ottoman Tunis on enslaved West Africans' retentions of religious and family values from their original homelands. Specifically, the paper traces and analyses the evolution of Bori cult practice in the Tunisian milieu and places it in its proper historical and diasporic contexts. To this end, the paper goes beyond questions that are not central to al-Timbuktawi's condemnation of the enslaved West African community of Tunis, but which nonetheless attracts the attention of scholars interested in the diasporic and historical significance of Bori cult practice in the Maghreb.     

Green tea in the Sahel: The social history of an itinerant consumer good

Since the liberalisation of the market in the 1990s, the amount of green tea imported from China to the Sahel has dramatically increased. This article traces some of the stages in the development of green tea from its introduction in the early nineteenth century by Moorish traders from Morocco to a mass consumer good in the Sahel and the adjoint Savannah regions. Having started as a beverage with medicinal and vitalising properties, it was adopted by the aristocratic urban elite in Sahelian trading towns, and much later via the pastoralists by the general population, while spreading out further south. The gradual democratisation of green tea is related to the changing norms of tea consumption, of family authority, and to different stages in the packaging, naming and presentation of tea, together with sugar. Green tea has become the most popular drink in cities such as Bamako, where it remains strongly associated with its Moorish introduction.     

Migration,Livelihoods and Institutions: Contrasting Patterns of Migration in Mali

Migration is a common and essential livelihood strategy in the risk-prone environment of Sahelian West Africa. But migration is not a passive reaction to economic and environmental forces. Patterns of movement are determined by context-specific and complex dynamics, mediated by social networks, gender relations and household structures. IDS-based research on sustainable livelihoods illustrated this in two locations in Mali: in a village in the Sahelian dryland with different and gendered migration patterns of various ethnic groups; and exceptional patterns in the Sudano-Sahelian cotton region with extensive and long-lasting engagement in small cocoa and coffee plantations in Côte d'Ivoire.     

British Muslims and the discourses of dysfunction: community cohesion and counterterrorism in the West Midlands

This article analyses how British discursive representations of Muslims during the last decade were utilised in a local context during the planning stages of a proposed mosque in the West Midlands town of Dudley. Locating the central narratives in dominant national discourses of community cohesion and counterterrorism, this article analyses how correspondents to a local newspaper re-articulated national representations of Muslims as culturally dysfunctional in a local context and used these representations to argue against construction. By critically analysing the local expression of dominant national discourses of threat and blame, in terms of both inherent contradictions and ideological effects, this article highlights the ways in which these discourses worked to exclude Muslims while simultaneously reprimanding them for failing to integrate into a national and local culture that regarded them as inherently ‘other’.
