中国梦的历史语境、文化内涵与哲学境界

中国梦反映了近代中国的百年命运与中国人的文化选择,是现代中国文化一以贯之的精神守望。伴随着百余年来的文化启蒙和实践探索,在中国革命、建设和改革等不同的历史时期,国家富强、民族复兴、人民幸福、世界和平与发展始终是中国共同的社会理想与文化期待。实现中国梦,需要解读其历史语境、文化内涵和哲学境界,把握马克思主义中国化的时代精神,以历史唯物主义思想方法探究促进中国社会持续发展的路径,进而在对世界文明对话的过程中确立中华民族的思想自我。     

Moral judgement,cognitive distortions and empathy in incarcerated delinquent and community control adolescents

Abstract

Immature moral judgements, cognitive distortions and low empathy could contribute to criminal offending and are often targeted in interventions aimed at reducing risk of recidivism. We compared 58 delinquent 13–18-year-olds, incarcerated in youth homes in Sweden (29 males, 29 females) with 58 (29 males, 29 females) community control adolescents individually matched on age, gender, ethnicity and socio-economic position. Self-report questionnaires examined moral judgement, cognitive distortions, and empathy. Delinquent adolescents exhibited less mature moral judgements and more cognitive distortions than control adolescents. However, no association between delinquency status and self-reported empathy was found. In addition, girls reported more mature moral judgements, less cognitive distortions and more empathy than boys did. Moral judgement and empathy were positively correlated and both measures were negatively correlated with cognitive distortions. Our data support the idea that moral judgement and cognitive distortions are important treatment targets for juvenile delinquents, whereas empathy may be less meaningful to address directly.     

The Hermeneutics of Work: On Richard Sennett

Abstract

The paper attempts to situate Sennett philosophically by placing him in the tradition of ontological hermeneutics. This way of reading Sennett is justified not only by the core principles that govern Sennett's social anthropology, but is also useful for tracing the trajectory of Sennett's philosophically informed diagnoses of the times. These diagnoses focus on the role of work in shaping subjectivity. After reconstructing the basic conceptual shape of Sennett's diagnoses of the work-related maladies of the "old" and the "new" capitalism, the paper presents some broader reflections on the philosophical presuppositions of social criticism that takes its departure from the centrality of work.     

Philosophy,Social Hope and Democratic Criticism: Critical Theory for a Global Age

Abstract

The attempt to connect philosophy and social hope has been one of the key distinguishing features of critical theory as a tradition of enquiry. This connection has been questioned forcefully from the perspective of a post-philosophical pragmatism, as articulated by Rorty. In this article I consider two strategies that have been adopted by critical theorists in seeking to reject Rorty's suggestion that we should abandon the attempt to ground social hope in philosophical reason. We consider argumentative strategies of the philosophical anthropologist and of the rational proceduralist. Once the exchanges between Rorty and these two strands of critical theory have been reconstructed and assessed, an alternative perspective emerges. It is argued that philosophical reasoning best helps to sustain social hope in a rapidly changing world when we consider it in terms of the practice of democratic criticism.     

脑损伤患者听觉P300电位特点

目的探讨听觉P300电位对脑损伤患者认知功能障碍程度法医学评价的应用价值。方法对正常人和脑损伤患者,分别在主动（踩踏板）与被动任务状态下进行听觉P300测试。结果正常人主动任务状态P300电位中的N2、P3波波幅较被动状态高,潜伏期无明显延长,N1、P2波幅Cz点高于Pz点。脑损伤组被动任务状态下N2、P3波波幅较正常人被动状态下高．且潜伏期延长。脑损伤组主动任务状态P300电位中的N2、P3波波幅较被动状态高,且潜伏期延长。注意障碍患者P3波潜伏期改变最明显。结论任务类型主要影响N2、P3波幅。被动反应中的N2、P3潜伏期可作为评价脑损伤患者认知功能的指标。

人民民主专政理论是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分,包含着丰富的哲学思想。关于这一理论的哲学分析,对当前中国特色社会主义建设的启示是:党必须推动中国经济社会的全面发展,必须始终把发展作为党执政兴国的第一要务,必须始终坚持以人为本的执政理念,必须用发展着的马克思主义指导中国新的实践。     

Beyond Peirce: The New Science of Semiotics and the Semiotics of Law

This paper shows how Peirce's semeiotic could be turned into a powerful science. The New Science of Semiotics provides not only a new paradigm and an empirical justification for all these applications, but also a rational and systematic procedure for carrying them out as well. Thus the New Science of Semiotics transforms the philosophy of law into the science of legal scholarship, the discipline that I call jurisology.

论情感在认识中的作用

情感在认识中具有多方面的作用 ,其中最基本的是以下三种作用 :情感是人探求真理的动力 ;情感决定主体认识能否处于最佳状态 ;情感直接影响认识过程中的信息的选择和加工。主体情感的变化与其所处的外部社会文化环境的变化并非绝对同步的。主体情感具有自身的相对独立性 ,因而拓展对主体情感在认识中的作用的研究 ,具有很大的必要性     

"被害人自愿"与诈骗罪认定

行为人通过实施欺诈手段取得财产的行为不一定构成诈骗犯罪。诈骗犯罪中的欺诈手段和其他侵犯财产罪中实施的欺诈手段的根本区别是 :诈骗犯罪中的欺诈手段使被害人产生错误认识 ,其基于意志自由“自愿交付”财产。区分诈骗罪与盗窃、抢夺、抢劫、敲诈勒索等其他以实施欺诈手段侵犯财产的犯罪 ,必须从被害人在受到欺诈时的认识因素和意志因素两个方面来进行。     

生物学视野中的个体社会化

作为个体生命成长和参与社会进程的基础的物质性存在的生物及生物学因素，在社会化进程中，始终是一个积极地参与和建设，并且在一定的时期和场合发挥着关键的作用。在一定意义上，生物进化本身也是与社会的、化的因素交错关联的，在这种互动的过程中对个体的社会行为、人知和人格形成产生重要的作用。
