PDCA模型融入高校党史学习教育常态化长效化路径研究

高校党史学习教育目的在于服务于立德树人根本任务,最终起到培根铸魂的作用。高校学生要从百年党史中汲取奋进的力量,就必须把党的历史学习好、领悟好。百年党史时间跨度大、内涵丰富,高校积极推动党史学习教育常态化长效化发展需要更有效的实现路径。PDCA模型有效融入高校党史学习教育,使党史学习教育呈现系列化、系统化趋势,使党史学习教育向常态化长效化发展,促进高校党史学习教育的内涵式发展。     

The Progress and Deuelopment of Xinjiang Is a Successful Practice of Chinese Ethnic Policies

The White Paper on the Development and Progress of Xinjiang was issued on September 21, 2009. The Paper states that the development and progress of Xinjiang is an achievement by joint efforts of Xinjiang people of different nationalities with the ultimate aim of unity, and is also a successful practice of Chinese ethnic policies.

The Golden Pheasant Dance originated in Danzhai County, Guizhou Province. With their ingenuity and wisdom, the local Miao people here have striven against nature, creatively developing and maintaining a splendid traditional cultural heritage, including the Golden Pheasant Dance. Everybody in this area, male or female, old or young, is a good dancer. On the occasions of house-building or joyous festivals particularly, the lusheng reed pipe music starts up, people line up in a circle and start dancing, creating a scene of merriment and liveliness.

The Achang
The Achang are a trans-border ethnic minority with a population of more than 33,000, living mainly in Yunnan＇s Longchuan and Lianghe counties in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefectures while some live in Luxi and Yingjiang counties. There are also a few concentrations in Tengchong and Longling counties of Baoshan City as well as in Yunlong County of Dali Bai Autonomous Prelecture. In Myanmar, there are more than 40,000 Achangs, locally called Malntha.
