智能经济是长三角高质量发展的金名片

近日,“长三角智能经济发展与企业转型升级”论坛在上海锦江小礼堂举行,本次论坛由上海市经济和信息化委员会、上海市虹口区人民政府指导,上海华夏经济发展研内院、长三角智库联盟和上海梦想成真公益基金会联合主办。上海市经济和倌息化委员会副主任张英认为,过去十年中国最引人注目的标签是“互联网经济”,而未来十年的关键词则是“智能经济”可以预见,未来长三角将成为中国智能经济发展的高地,成为长三角一体化发展的新动力,智能经济将成为长三角高质量发展的一张金名片。

智能家居消费者的个人信息保护

智能家居设备在获取、储存、联网传输甚至分析、利用与人类生活各方面密切相关的信息时,可能与消费者个人信息保护的需要相冲突。物联网使家居智能化增大了消费者在注册使用环节、信息存储环节个人信息泄露的风险和较为隐秘的间接隐私泄露的风险。欧盟GDPR对用户的个人隐私进行了全方位保护,为我国智能家居消费者个人信息保护提供了参考。我国应当重构《消费者权益保护法》规定的经营者对消费者负有的个人信息保护义务,如消费者因隐私泄露而面临个人人身、财产安全的威胁,则须考虑消费者个人信息受保护权与安全权的竞合及偶发的价值冲突,在实践中需要做出更有利于消费者的解释,如消费者因隐私泄露遭受精神上的重大伤害,应当赋予其请求精神损害赔偿的权利。
