工会对SA8000的策略,是由其内容决定的,也是由工会的两个维护原则决定的。如果把SA8000的指导性原则变成进出口贸易的标准,自愿就成了强制,标准就成了壁垒。如何在保持劳动力价格优势、保障更多就业岗位与改善劳动条件、维护劳动者权益之间取得符合中国经济发展水平的平衡,是工会应对SA8000策略的出发点。

As for international direct investment, the transnational corporations are playing a leading role in the fields of international trade, international investment and international intellectual property. In theory and reality, this authors analyze the rationale of the social responsibilities taken by transnational corporations, the main problems in the social responsibilities of transnational corporations and the legislative status, and put forward the functions of the social responsibilities of transnational corporations in promotion of the legal construction of socialist market economy, the reform of the corporate governance and the development of transnational corporations in China. Wang Chuanli, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of China University of Political Science and Law, Vice-chairman of China Society of International Economic Law, and Vice-chairman of Research Institute of WTO Law (China Law Society), also Arbitrator of China International Economic & Trade Arbitration Commission and Beijing Arbitration Commission. Her main publications are “The Legal Effectiveness of Foreign Economic Contracts”, “International Trade Law of Sales of Goods”, “International Protection of Intellectual Property Rights” and “International Trade Law Government Control on Business”. Moreover, she has published over ten influential discourses on international economic law. In addition, her ongoing research projects include WTO Agriculture Agreement and the Rules of International Agri-products Trade, WTO and International Core labor Standards, and the Role of Judicial Independence of European Court of Justice to Promote the Integration of Europe.     

规范企业社会责任标准——SA8000的影响与应对策略

SA8000(社会责任国际标准体系)明确了企业的社会责任规范,也提出了相应的管理要求。鉴于自身条件,目前我国一些企业承担社会责任的状况仍不乐观。我们应通过企业自身、政府、社会和员工的共同努力来提高企业的社会责任意识,规范企业的行为,从而推动企业的发展。     

SA8000条件下我国产业变革与对外贸易竞争力分析

当前我国经济发展正经历产业方面的巨大变革,在经济全球化的形势下,我国对外贸易取得了长足发展。SA8000社会责任标准对我国产业转移、劳动力就业、产业结构优化变革及对外贸易发展有深远的影响。该标准的实施将使政府、企业等各个层次合理定位,协调对策,促进我国国民经济持续、快速、协调发展,在国际竞争中立于不败之地。     

唾液酸和糖胺多糖在鸡慢性氟中毒早期诊断中的意义

为探讨唾液酸(SA)、糖胺多糖(GAG)在鸡慢性氟中毒早期诊断中的意义,以期筛选出诊断慢性氟中毒早期的敏感指标,选用250只1日龄罗曼蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组50只,饲喂相同的全价日粮.Ⅰ组为正常对照组,Ⅱ～Ⅴ组在日粮中添加不同水平的氟化钠,使日粮中氟含量分别为500、1000、1500和2000mg/kg,试验期为150 d,每隔30 d采集血样1次,测定血清中氟、SA、GAG的含量,观察试验鸡的临床表现.结果,试验成功地复制出不同程度的鸡慢性氟中毒模型;饲料中所加氟量与血清中氟含量呈明显的剂量-效应关系;氟中毒组鸡血清中SA含量均低于对照组,而血清中GAG含量则均高于对照组;血清中氟含量与SA含量呈显著的负相关(r=-0.773,P＜0.01),与GAG含量则呈显著的正相关(r=0.798,P＜0.01);各中毒组SA/GAG值与正常值相比降低30%以上.由此可见,氟中毒可明显影响机体内SA、GAG的代谢,血清中SA、GAG含量的变化可灵敏地反映氟对机体的损伤情况.可将SA/GAG值降低30%或更多作为鸡慢性氟中毒的敏感、可靠的早期诊断指标.     

试论我国公司社会责任的立法价值取向

传统公司理论认为公司的唯一目标是赢利,股东价值最大化是公司的追求目标。随着人们对公司理论认识的发展,公司应该承担社会责任;SA8000等标准的出现对公司承担社会责任也加以佐证。因此有必要对传统公司理念进行修正,以平衡理念为基点,以股东价值最大化为基础目标,各利益主体关系相协调应成为我国公司承担社会责任的价值取向。     

Patterned imprint mark due to the folded shoulder stock: A possible finding in contact shots from submachine guns

The muzzle imprint (barrel mark) is a pressure abrasion typically associated with contact shots. Apart from the contours of the actual muzzle profile, other constructional parts such as the front sight and/or the recoil spring guide of semiautomatic pistols may be imprinted next to the bullet entrance wound. In some types of submachine guns the shoulder stock can be folded forward so that its end partly encircles the muzzle. If such a weapon was in contact with the skin at the instant of discharge, a corresponding contusion mark is to be expected. The imprint configuration may point to the type of weapon and to the way in which the gun had been held when firing the shot. The paper presents the injury pattern in a 36-year-old man who committed suicide with a Scorpion SA Vz 61 submachine gun cal. 7.65 mm Browning from former Czechoslovakia.
