| 摘 要： | 当前，黑龙江省对俄经贸合作正处于历史上最好的发展时期。2006年黑龙江省对俄进出口贸易额达66．9亿美元，比2000年增长了近5倍。但是，黑龙江省对俄经贸合作的水平与规模和两国首脑的要求还有相当的距离，双边经贸合作的潜力并没有充分发挥出来，仍然存在着一些亟待解决的矛盾和问题。

| Abstract: | At present,Heilongjiang province's economic cooperation with Russia is at its best in history.The export and import volumes of Heilongjiang's trade with Russia in 2006 is $ 6 690 000 000,increasing almost five times that of 2000.But the cooperative level and scope are far away from the requirement of the heads of the two countries,the cooperative potential hasn't come out to the full,there are still some contradictions and problems to be pressingly solved. |
