| 摘 要： | 1991年底,苏联解体,越南与俄罗斯的关系进入新的历史时期。20年来,两国经贸合作取得了令人瞩目的成效,双边贸易迅猛增长,合作领域不断拓宽,合作层次不断提升。2001年,越南与俄罗斯宣布建立战略合作伙伴关系,随着两国成功加入世界贸易组织,在WTO框架体系下,未来双边经贸合作具有广阔的发展前景。

| Abstract: | At the end of 1991, the USSR Collapsed, and the relation of Vietnam-Russia welcomed a new stage. In the past 20 years, the bilateral economic and trade cooperation has acquired a prominent accomplishments：the bilateral trade accelerates rapidly, the cooperation field is widened and the cooperation level is promoted successively. The two countries announced in 2001 to establish the Strategic Partnership. With two countries＇ entering WTO, the bilateral economic and trade cooperation will have a bright and broad prospects under the WTO system. |
