| 摘 要： | 限制并废止死刑是当今世界的趋势.由于深刻的历史根源和现实原因,我国现阶段完全废除死刑并不现实,但对经济犯罪、财产犯罪等并非严重的暴力犯罪废除死刑却具有现实性与可行性.
