何首乌等对脂肪肝模型大鼠血液指标的影响

目的:探讨何首乌山楂、丹参、绿茶等对高脂饲料所致脂肪肝模型大鼠血液指标的影响。方法:大鼠饲喂高脂饲料复制脂肪肝模型,第21天组开始饲喂何首乌等中药水煎液,连续26 d,第46天取血测定总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油的血浆浓度,并进行肝脏病理切片,观察脂肪病变浸润情况。结果:给药各组总胆固醇、三酰甘油与模型组相比,差异均有显著性(P<0.01);给药各组肝脏脂肪浸润明显低于模型组,其中以何首乌组肝脏脂肪浸润最少。结论:何首乌、山楂、丹参、绿茶对高脂饲料所致脂肪肝模型大鼠脂肪肝形成有一定的抑制作用。

The Effect of Different Kinds of Chinese Herb Medicine Such as Padix Polygoni Multiflori on Blood Biochemical Indexes in Rats of Fatty Liver

Objective: to investigate the effect of diffierent kinds of Chinese herb medicine such as Padix Polygoni Multiflori on blood biochemical indexes of fatty liver fed by high fat diet in rats.Method:Adult SD rats were all maintained on high fat diet,the rats were treated with the several Chinese herb medicine water extract such as Padix Polygoni.Multiflori in 21th day for 26 days.Total cholesterol(TC),trigly ceride(TG) and high density lipoprotain cholesterol(HDL-c)in plasma were measured and liver histological section were made to see whether fatty liver pathogenesis histological have apeared.Result:The TG and TC in plasma of rats treated with the Chinese herb medcine water extract were decreased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the model control group fatty infiltration in the liver histological section in the treatment groups were reduced significantly,the group fed Radix polygoni multiflori showed a greatest reduction in liver fatty infiltration.Conclusion: The several Chinese herb medicine such as Padix Polygoni.Multiflori have inhibitory effect on fatty liver in rats fed by high fat diet.
