Russia has been developing very well in the field of science and technology,and it has a huge number of high quality researchers and keeps ahead in many science fields in the world.Many countries pay much attention on Russia's science development,and want to attract Russia's scientists work for their countries by giving much reword or offering better working condition.Now in basic research,high-tech,war industry,and spaceflight fields,Russia keeps ahead in the world,recently it has also developing its medicine and biology technology very well.This article studies on the resource of science and technology of Russia and its external cooperation Policy of science and technology in order to promote the cooperation of China and Russia in science and technology.
