| 摘 要： | 看守所是公安基层基础建设的重点基层，其监管工作是公安工作的基础工作。分析在押人员的心理特征，有的放矢地进行教育改造，不仅是配合保障审讯审判工作顺利进行的需要，也为保障看守所安全羁押看管工作所必需；同时也是看守所监管人员的重要基本功。在押人员心理特征的影响因素有犯罪的法律事实，监管的人文环境和物质环境以及其本身的个性特点。在押人员的心理特征主要有挫折因素导致的认知失调，幻想侥幸心理，自相矛盾心理，趋利避害心理。

| Abstract: | The detention station is the focus of basic unit of the public security organs, and the supervision work is the foundation of public security work. By analyzing the psychological characteristics of the prisoners, we can diametrically oppose to transform them. Such activity not only can meet the need of judiciary procedure and ensure the safety of detention station, but also be an important basic skill of supervisory staff. The influencing factors include the legal factor, the material and humane environment, the individual characters of prisoner. The psychological feature of prisoner is imbalance caused by setback, fantasy, self - contradictory and snobbish - selfish psychologies. |
