| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的趋势下，涉外金融活动已成为现代经济活动的核心。涉外金融犯罪作为一种新型的高科技犯罪在世界范围内迅速蔓延。涉外金融犯罪有着独特的特征、成因和条件，构建预防和控制金融犯罪体系是一个相当复杂的社会工程。

| Abstract: | With the trend of economic globalization,finance concerning foreign affairs has become the center of modern economic activities.As a new type of high-tech crime,financial crime concerning foreign affairs is spreading widely in the whole world,and as a result of its unique characters,causes and conditions,to construct a preventing and controlling system of financial crime will be a rather complex social project. |
