| 摘 要： | 儒家思想在中国历史上占据很重要的地位，是我国传统文化的重要组成部分。将儒家思想运用于罪犯矫正．有助于提高监狱行刑成效，降低服刑罪犯重新犯罪率，推动我国和谐社会的构建。在监狱行刑中，应吸纳儒家思想中教育的各种主张．尤其是注重儒家思想中身教的作用。

| Abstract: | Confucianism has an important position in Chinese history, and is an important part of traditional culture. Applying Confucianism to prisoners＇ correction is helpful to improve the execution efficiency, reduce the rate of the prisners＇ recrime, and promote the construction of harmonious society. In prison execution, it is supposed to absorb various Confucian educational thoughts, especially pay more attention to teaching by one＇s own example. |
