| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯在区域经济一体化战略上经历了“亲西方”、欧亚并重和全方位的区域经济一体化战略等三个阶段。从俄罗斯区域经济一体化战略调整的前景看,俄罗斯虽然一直表现出强烈的融入欧洲的愿望,但近期内不可能实现。普京政府调整对独联体政策的新趋势是加强双边合作和“次区域合作”来促进独联体一体化的发展。俄罗斯在取得了与亚太地区国家进行经贸合作的主动权后,跳入了亚太经济一体化的浪潮,将多面发展的侧重点放在了东北亚地区。
