| 摘 要： | 中国社会转型期,侦查工作已经并且正在持续地朝着信息化、专门化、职业化、精确化、多元化、人性化、法制化、整体化、理性化、科学化的方向健步迈进。这显示出中国的侦查工作正在走向成熟,正在迈向可持续发展的科学道路。同时,侦查工作在改革与发展的过程中也面临一些不协调的问题,对这些问题进行检讨,有助于更好地把握侦查工作发展的正确方向。

| Abstract: | During the transitional period investigation work is becoming informationized,special,professional,accurate,pluralistic,humanized,legalized,whole,rational and scientific.The information work in China has been mature and it is developing steadily.On the other hand,there are some unharmonious problems in the reform and development of it.Examining these problems will help the work to develop in a right direction. |
