The idea of law coming from the political civilization and the harmonious social has a rich connotation.Practicing the socialism idea of rule of law must establish a Chinese characteristic power-dividing system to restrict and integrate powers,and to promote the democratic ability and law-ruling ability of the leading party.It must also implement the idea of humanity,the people-oriented spirit,respect and protect human rights,realize the participation of people,and make the power "to people,through people and for people".It must make the constitution and human rights a core value,improve the spirit of our country of its policy and the political values,establish and improve the comprehensive power-restricted system,construct the limited government.It must regard fairness and justice as the primary value of the legislation and the system,inject the human nature,the humanity and he human rights spirit into the legal system,and maintain social justice through jurisdiction.It must strengthen the legal thought,regard the value of human rights and justice as the connotation of a politically stable society,making the rule of law,the human protection and the justice a guide line of public serving course.At last,it must establish a political-legal culture containing justice and conscience.
