| 摘 要： | 马来西亚与我国的经济发展状况相近,文化传统相似,该国资产管理公司的有效运作较好地处理了金融机构的不良资产问题,其成功经验对我国资产管理公司的完善与发展具有较强的借鉴意义.本文系统分析了马来西亚资产管理公司收购和处理不良资产的方法和成效,并就马来西亚资产管理公司对我国的借鉴意义提出了政策建议。
