摘    要:目的 探讨荧光原位杂交技术在血痕性别鉴定中应用及其价值。方法对20例新鲜人血及20例1-2年人血痕的X、Y染色体采用双色荧光探针进行原位杂交分析。结果 人新鲜血,男性X、Y信号检出的完整率为98.8%,其中Y信号的检出率为100%,女性X、X信号检出的完整率为96.5%;1-2年人血痕,男性X、Y信号检出的完整率为88%,其中Y信号的检出率为90%,女性X、X信号检出的完整率为80%;40例血液(痕)性别检测的符合率为100%。结论双色荧光原位杂交技术可以鉴定血痕性别。

Abstract:Objective To prove the reliability for sex identification by detection of chromosome X and Y using fluorescence in situ hybridization in human blood and bloodstain. Methods Two - color - fluorescence probe of chromosome X and Y was used to analyse the sex in human blood and bloodstain from 40 cases. Results Both fluorecence signal X and Y was found 98. 8% in blood and 88% in bloodstain cases from male, and the successful signal of two X was observed by 96. 5% and 80% in blood and bloodstain from female. The Y positive signal was achieved by 100% in blood and 90% in bloodstain for male. The sex of 40 samples was 100% correctly identificated. Conclusion Simultaneous detection of chromoxomes X and Y using fluorescence in situ hybridization may provide a new useful method for sex identification both in blood and bloodstain in forensic medicine.
