| 摘 要： | 第二次车臣战争基本结束,但车臣问题并没有彻底解决。车臣共和国百废待兴,俄境内恐怖事件不断发生。而解决车臣问题又受很多国际因素的制约:以美国为首的西方国家对恐怖主义推行双重标准;邻国格鲁吉亚不协助;伊斯兰极端势力和国际恐怖分子的渗透。因此,俄罗斯必须灵活运用外交战略,搞好与西方和邻国的关系,加强国际反恐合作。

| Abstract: | The second Chechnya war had ended,but the Chechenya problem has not been solved thoroughly.There are hundreds of things to do in Chechen and a lot of terrorist events happened continuously in Russia.The thorough solution of the Chechnya problem is restricted by many international factors;Western countries carry out the double standards to the terrorism;Georgia does not assist;Islam extremists and international terrorists permeate into Chechen.So Russia must make good use of the diplomatic strategy,improve the relationship with western countries and Georgia,and strengthen the international anti-terrorist cooperation. |
