警务实战技能性质特征及其训练设计

"工欲善其事,必先利其器"。从事警务实战技能训练的教官必须掌握警务实战技能的性质特征与警察执法时运用警务实战技能特点。本文对警务实战技能的本质及其动作组成和主导因素进行分析,在此基础上对警务实战技能进行分类及其使用特征进行剖析,最后依据警务实战技能的性质特征分析结果进行训练设计,使警务实战技能的训练有理有据。

The Characteristics and Training Design of Police Actual Combat Skills

A workman must first sharpen tools if he is to do his work well. Instructors engaged in police actual combat skills training must thoroughly learn the characteristics of police actual combat skills and the features when they are applied to police＇ s law enforcement. Firstly, the nature, actions and the dominant factors of these skills are analyzed. Then, police actual combat skills are classified and the characteristics in practical application are dissected. Finally, a rational training design is made according to the resuhs of the above analyses.
