| 摘 要： | 根据GenBank上登录的猪白细胞介素18(pIL 18)基因序列,设计了1对特异引物。利用RT PCR对从3周龄新兴仔猪脾细胞中提取的总RNA进行了扩增,获得了约500bp的片段。将该片段克隆、鉴定、测序,证实已获得了新兴猪IL 18成熟蛋白基因片段,其大小为474bp,编码157个氨基酸,与GenBank上登录的猪IL 18成熟蛋白基因序列完全一致。

| Abstract: | One pair of specific primers to porcine IL-18 protein gene was designed and synthesized (according) to the published sequence in GenBank, and was used to amplify porcine IL-18 cDNA by RT-PCR from total RNA of porcine spleen cells. RT-PCR product was cloned into pMD 18-T vector. The nucleotide acid sequence was determined after being identified by restriction endonucleases digestion. The result show that the full length of porcine IL-18 cDNA is 474 bp, which encodes 157 amino acids. |
