经济法的语义和语境辨析

本文针对我国经济法教学与研究中的混乱问题,就经济法的语义与语境问题,首次进行了较为全面的分析,并提出了经济法的不同语义均具有科学性的观点;无论是法学专业的经济法教学与研究,还是非法学专业的经济法教学与研究,均应按照各自专业对经济法语义的理解与需求规范地进行的观点;以及经济法的语境与发展要与我国经济社会与法制环境相适应的观点。

The Discrimination on Semantics and Context of Economic Law

With the long-time experience of teaching, research and judicial practice, the author analyzes the problem of semantics and context of Economic Law completely for the first time, aiming at the confused problem in teaching and researching Economic Law of our country. Then the author puts forward the following viewpoints: First, the different semantics of Economic Law are all scientific. Second, teaching and research of Economic Law in jurisprudence and non- jurisprudence field should be carried out normally according to different comprehensions and demands toward semantics of Economic Law. Third, the context and development of Economic Law should adapt to economic society and legal surroundings.
